The breads here are delicious. Reminds me of Taiwan. I usually get an oat milk latte with my breakfast, and it’s a great balance.

The sweets we got were so good. I just wouldn’t personally get the coffee again.

A hidden gem on a bustling road! The store offers a cozy, comfortable environment that feels like a perfect escape. They have a wide variety of beans, and the taste is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

A disgrace to the Taiwanese community :(
As a Taiwanese American I am incredibly disappointed and concerned at the horrendous service here. Today an Asian American individual with black hair and blonde tips provided the rudest service I have encountered in a long time.
I have come several times before the renovation and the gentlemen at the front were always friendly and welcoming. Truly a sad place now. Manager, there are some people you need to let go. Your business is suffering because of it. I see many reviews echoing similar experiences. I will not be returning.

This bakery offers a lot of delicious pastries/breads and coffee. Ideal for a date, or even for working remotely, everything is great and feel cosy.

Absolutely awesome stuff. Really good coffee and thai tea, and the bakery selection will blow you away. Plenty of sweet and savory pastries, buns and cakes. Staff was friendly, drinks came out fast despite being busy, and had a cute aesthetic.

Their pastries are just great, the thing I particularly enjoy is that they do Hojicha drinks. The interior is simple, non-pretentious, and pretty cozy. The service was great, the cashier at the front was very friendly and the barista knows their drinks.
Overall great experience.

Love the self-serve option, barista/cashier was friendly, too. So many lovely pastries it was hard to choose. Everything we ate was tasty and fresh!

This is an absolute gem and I am so so glad that I happened to walk passed it right after getting off the subway. Everything is super reasonably priced and tastes amazing. I got the hot dog and onion bun (sounds weird, tastes amazing) and a matcha custard pastry. The drinks are reasonably priced but the pastries are where they shine.
It's cashless. Not a problem, but nice to know ahead of time.

For months I have been getting my morning latte and pastry here, mostly because it is conveniently located near the train, and the Egg Bacon Roll is addicting.
My first visit was great until I got to the register…no “hello”…no “how are you”..just death stares. I left and just thought maybe they were having a bad day, but no. This is how most of the staff is. They don’t speak when you walk in, they don’t speak when you walk up to the register…I’ve said “thank you” after my transaction twice assuming they didn’t hear me the first time. But no, they are simply rude.
I came here to leave a review based off of today’s visit because I’m frustrated…..and to my surprise….there are several other reviews about the poor service. It’s bittersweet because I thought it was just me that they didn’t like, but I see it’s a common theme.
On a busy morning it can be very chaotic and unorganized, which makes receiving poor service even more annoying. Some pastries are not labeled, which not good for those with allergies, as you have no idea what is in most items.
I have found my rhythm in knowing what time go to avoid the masses, but idk know how long I’ll tolerate the rude employees. I’ll just take my money across the street to Sip & Savor eventually.
