The fruit tea is okay, definitely overpriced. 10 bucks for the large passion fruit tea with extra tapioca. The atmosphere is really nice but a bit too warm inside for me. The service was great. The guy working there was very kind.

I was excited to try the new shop and came here on Sunday March 17 to try out the Taro bubble tea. While I was waiting, I saw one of the staff hold on to one of the cups with his fingers touching the inside of the cup and without any gloves. I was disgusted. And I probably would not go back again because of this. Yuck!

I visited this tea shop on the way to a friend's house so I don't live in this area. Upon entering, you'll see some very cute and picture worthy decor. There's also a jelly bean shop in the back which my kids really enjoyed. The menu is a little confusing at first, but it looks like they have all the same stuff offered at any boba spot. It's neat that you can mix up to 3 flavors in your tea without any additional costs. I only wish we were given an option to choose our sweetness level. My husband had the brown sugar milk tea with chocolate drizzle, which was featured on the menu. Unfortunately, he said there was way too much drizzle, and he couldn't taste the tea. I had a coconut taro milk tea, and I thought it was way too sweet to enjoy. They have very good quality boba, though! The pricing is pretty standard, too. My regular tea was 5.99 plus the cost to add boba. I don't think we'll return because we don't live in the area and there's other options closer to us.

The Indian guy who taking the orders needs to be fired. Waited in line to get my order taken, just to be told to do my order on the iPad. If I wanted to order on the iPad, I would have done that…. He didn’t want to be bother to take our order and wanted to be done by the machine. ?????? left without ordering anything.

Best boba place local to portage park. It has an ideal menu with easy to read writing and there is no confusion when ordering because staff is able to answer questions. It is rarely ever very busy, and you'll likely be one of two or three patrons. There is a large variety of options available, allowing for any sort of mix or match that you could desire. The aesthetic on the inside is cute, minimal, and feels very spacious. There is also food options and id say that it tastes good! I honestly love this business and try to go back on a somewhat weekly basis for its amazingness :PKid-friendliness: It has a jelly belly or jelly bean store so yes definitely catering to a younger demographicWheelchair accessibility: The door leads straight to a sidewalk with a good amount of clearance
Omg first time here and I instantly loved the atmosphere and I got a bag of jelly belly! And a bubblegum smoothie and the purple Oreo smoothie! They have a huge menu with so many flavors to chose from!

Haven’t tried the milk teas yet but I got a mango fruit tea with tapioca and lychee jelly- it was disappointing. Definitely tasted like watered down mango but extra sugary if that makes sense. It was an $8 drink which is definitely overpriced compared to other boba spots with excellent flavors/quality. Service was not great but employee was nice. I likely will not come back here.
