This place can go far. The food and yogurt is actually good. The customer service needs to get a little better. Everyone has a mug on their face or if one person is serving customers, you will see another worker sitting scrolling on her phone. Also, it will help to have a BIG sign signaling to use gloves for the yogurt, or have a server for the yogurt area just to minimize the chaos. I love to see black owned establishments flourish. Hopefully this can be one.
Great vibes with an old school feel of nachos with doritos and they got the jars with different loose candies
The frozen yogurt is so good and their staff is very friendly
The tacos and nachos are pretty good ??
What I don’t like about certain businesses is: it states close at 8pm online but when you get to the store at 3:45pm they have a CLOSED sign placed on the door!! Heavy set light skin female employee & skinny male wearing all black departing the store stating they closed at 3pm!! The female got in her truck laughing & yelling WE CLOSED as customers walked up smh!! I’m a loyal customer, however this the 1st time I saw this, and I won’t be coming back however well wishes??
Only 4 of the machines work but I’m not picky. They have a variety of toppings which is great! The cashier, young lady, though does not have the customer service to work there but you can’t always have it all which is okay. Overall okay but don’t have your hopes high if you are going for frozen yogurt. They have a bunch of other stuff though but again, service is terribly slow that i would recommend to just go to another frozen yogurt place
Service left a lot to be desired. The staff was not welcoming or interested in helping us. Half of the machines didn't work and the ones that did were doing their best to keep up. There wasn't a wide selection of toppings AND they weigh the items and sell it per weight. We had 2 frozen yogurts and it amounted to $18. That's an expensive treat! Visit at your own risk.

Went here for a quick treat for Mother’s Day and I was not disappointed! It’s black owned and has such a cute aesthetic paying homage to the Bronzeville neighborhood! The frozen yogurt flavors were limited (I assumed it was because it was a super rainy day so their business was low this day and didn’t need that many flavors out) but the toppings had a nice variety! Not only do they sell frozen yogurt but quick snacks as well! I tried their nachos (**** chicken) and when I tell y’all they were delicious!!!! Definitely will be coming more throughout the summer and so forth! And the service was very good!
Never open on time it say they open at 11 they are never ready until like 12:30 poor way to run a business in a neighborhood without a lot of traffic . Management should consider getting a worker that can come in and have everything ready at the time they advertise 11am I won’t visit this place ever again 0/0

Some girl in there with pink crocs was very messy and snotty towards customers because she was doing too much trying to get ppl out and some big body lady was just sitting there too big to help her
The food and snacks are great but the professionalism of some of the employees aren’t so great. I walked up at 7pm in the snow and the door was locked. The two people in the store barely acknowledged. They actually didn’t even come to the door. I come support this black owner business often and this is how I get treated? Not sure if I’ll be returning.
Nachos is a NO…. My chips are stale and I wasted my money… there’s no meat on here
Definitely love going here! Love supporting local black businesses. It’s my fav in summer!!!
Even if they are out of what you love at the time you come in....you will find something else just as amazing by the time you leave. Seriously. It's a small business, so give them some time to grow. It's DEFINITELY worth it. Amazing food and amazing people.Support Chicago business. Support Black business. Support female entrepreneurs. And most importantly....support good people who are really making great food.
