Good thing is that finally a place that serves something "healthy." around this area.The bad thing is that maybe less than 50% of the dish is healthy because is loaded with artificial granola, chocolate drizzle.....some artificial tasting stuff in the smoothies and the bowls.If you are serving and calling something HEALTHY, then you should know what that really means, because otherwise this is SCAMMING people.One thing to know is that person who truly eats CLEAN food, will notice the arficial stuff. Definitely not my place to come back anymore, and that is so sad.You should take to consideration that if we want to become more conscious as community, every single person and business has to contribute. This is my go-to place when I need energy or to fuel up after the gym! So delicious, everything is made fresh & everyone is so welcoming and friendly!! My recommendation are the protein crepes! And the Watermelon Whammy refresher. The bowls are amazing too! I can go on and on!I love supporting family owned businesses & it’s definitely one of my favorite places in the city!

Super weird rule that you HAVE to have HERBALIFE protein powder in your shake. Even if you pay full price, ask them to put the protein in the garbage etc they make it impossible to have a regular fruit shake. Just be aware this isn’t a regular smoothie shop, it’s an extension of a multi level marketing conglomerate that’s been at the center of a ton of controversy. Also it took 10 minutes for a basic smoothie which wasn’t particularly good.
Super SLOW service and staff is unfriendly. There were 2 people working and a simple strawberry banana smoothie took 15mins to make and another 10mins for them to let me pay.Also everything has protein powder. I asked if I could skip the powder but still pay for it and they would not let me. I asked if I could have the protein powder on the side and they also said no.
