This location gets slammed at lunchtime so pre-ordering on the app is a must! Otherwise it's a solidly dependable take-out lunch choice.

The employees were amazing! The only good things about the location. I ordered heavy dressing and I can barely taste it. The kiosk ordering made it extremely difficult to get the same salad I would get at other locations. I would have rather order with a human being. The kiosk leaves no room for customization. I am extremely upset that the salad I was looking forward to and asked for heavy dressing on has little to no dressing on it

Terrible service, thumbs down to Bella. Doesn’t know her steps of service. The next time I go & if she’s on the line I’ll save myself the trouble and starve. SMH 0 points for her.

Weirdly bad? The salad just wasn't good. I've been to other SweetGreens and this was like... why does this dry, $16 salad, have a whole lime in it? Idk it's kind of a mess

Incredibly slow. 30 minutes is 6 times slower than just salad

The kiosk ordering process is terrible. Much prefer interacting with a teammember that prepares meal in front of me and can make custom requests without having to try to do it through a machine. cold experience. also wasn't able to use my SG app.

Pretty much fully automated. Typically like Sweetgreen, but maybe because the food dropped out of plastic cylinders and made by a robot, it just wasn’t that good. Something was off. It was for sure not worth the $17+ for the salad.

We don't need a sweetgreen on every corner and we certainly don't need one that strategically placed itself to run Mixed Greens (far superior and a few steps away) out of business. Their salads are stale and often with old lettuce. Go to Mixed Greens or make it yourself at home if you want fresh ingredients and to save money.

The salads had high quality ingredients as usual, but the portion sizes were abysmal for a $15 salad. This location used automation to make the salads the last time I was there, so I imagine the portions were “preset.” However, this is much less than what a person would give you, and I dislike the idea of decreasing staffing—it doesn’t feel very community-centered. Further, there were a couple key ingredients missing from the salad that we didn’t notice until we got home. Perhaps if a person was making our salad, they would’ve said something and given us alternatives. In the future, we will be patronizing alternative nearby Sweetgreen locations that don’t use the automation.

Quick and easy but everyone lingers at the door waiting for their food.
