Great customer service, quality ingredients, and very accommodating. The system is new and be a little glitchy so triple check your order before submitting.

This place gets mixed reviews as you can see from the 3 star rating however i have no issues with this particular Sweetgreen location. To me it’s better for my personal experience than the Hyde Park Sweetgreen location. Only issues i have is with the kiosk i not having much customization options which is why i use the mobile app and lastly being that i constantly have to ask for a slice of bread to be added to my order even though i selected bread through mobile
Ordering but overall a good experience. I have three plates/bowls I’m faithful to.

Most terrible sweet green dish I have ever had. I ordered my alway hot dish but everything I got is near cold, and rice is hard to chew. Not to mention their ZERO service and guidance in their robot-filled store. I’ll never visit again.

Dystopian reality, a machine makes all of the salads taking away jobs from people. Salads are not as customizable as they used to be and the overall experience feels inhumane.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ate here yesterday and got food poisoning. I did a build your own bowl, and it made me so so sick. Be careful. For the price I can't believe they wouldn't have better practices. Overpriced and gave me food poisoning, rough.

This location gets slammed at lunchtime so pre-ordering on the app is a must! Otherwise it's a solidly dependable take-out lunch choice.

The employees were amazing! The only good things about the location. I ordered heavy dressing and I can barely taste it. The kiosk ordering made it extremely difficult to get the same salad I would get at other locations. I would have rather order with a human being. The kiosk leaves no room for customization. I am extremely upset that the salad I was looking forward to and asked for heavy dressing on has little to no dressing on it

The kiosk ordering process is terrible. Much prefer interacting with a teammember that prepares meal in front of me and can make custom requests without having to try to do it through a machine. cold experience. also wasn't able to use my SG app.
