The salad I ordered was delicious but it seems like they do not wash their lettuce very well. I was finishing my salad and suddenly one piece of lettuce had an earthy taste. It would be better if the portions were bigger given the cost of each salad. I made the mistake of ordering online during the lunch rush hour and my salad was ready 12 minutes after it was supposed to because the place was extremely busy. They should hire more staff.

poor customer service. I attempted to call and switch a pickup order to a delivery order since it wasn’t clear on the website order page until it was too late. it didn’t allow me to change to delivery, so I had to cancel and make another order for delivery.
I saw that I was still charged for the cancelled order, so I tried to email requesting a refund and they only gave me $10 store credit even though I’m out almost $90. at any other restaurant it would be so easy to switch from pickup to takeout, so why is it so difficult for sweetgreen?

Tasty, healthy, fast, and conveniently located - a great lunch option for health-conscious tourists on-the-go.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. My online order was ready for pickup, 3 idle staffers were walking around and didn't bother to acknowledge me, while I am the only customer in the place and standing at the register. I thought maybe they didn't notice me, but the SECOND I tried to look for my order behind the register, the staff that was just sitting around all of a sudden sprung to life and admonished me for trying to pick up my order. Excuse me? So you were sitting there, saw that I was waiting this whole time, and didn't bother to ask me if I needed help?

One of the most unorganized and unprofessional establishments I have ever been to. The Manager is very lazy, the employees have poor training and the food quality is very skimpy and the manager Manny Camacho is a poor excuse for a manager he's very unprofessional and has no respect for the public. This place won't last long I can guarantee that.

Manager needs to be evaluated. How does the entire staff not know the recipes to common salads? Take some time to train your employees before you throw them out to the lunch rush crowd.

Why are there no olives on the menu? A salad place without olives?

It's my first time on sweetgreen. And that's what I order and what I got actually.

Ick. First time here. They make a point of telling you where every ingredient is sourced and then treat them like crap in an assembly line process. Dirty countertops, food mixing into other bins, service à la slop. I felt truly uncomfortable in the little dining room with the line of customers breathing down my neck. I’ll stick with Farmers Fridge next time.

I’ve tried a lot of sweetgreens in Chicago and in my opinion, this location is the worst one. It was my first time here and I usually get the miso glazed salmon. I want to note, that my salmon had barely any miso glaze on it. It looked so pale and it was cold. The salmon is my favorite thing to get at sweetgreen and it usually comes out warm and golden but this time it just looked like a limp tan slice of cold fish. The worker on the base section was very rude and refused to acknowledge that I was making my order. Finally, I got to the last part of the line and the team member began mixing up my protein plate before I got the chance to say anything even though I didn’t ask for her to mix it up, asking me would have been nice. I’m just really disappointed and sad because these sweetgreen runs are something I treat myself to every now and then. I’m usually happy to drop 20 dollars on a salad/bowl if it means I’m getting the quality I pay for but this location really dropped the ball for me.
