We dined at this location about three times this past week. The food was good and the service was very friendly. Appreciated having a healthier choice in the City of Carbs. 😉 My only negative was the two times we ate at the restaurant, the tables hadn't been wiped clean and the music was really loud.

I love eating from sweet green overall been eating since a little kid. First time visiting this location the other week this restaurant is extremely clean , amazing staff and amazing salads. The atmosphere of restaurant is welcoming, and peacefully which is very beneficial due to downtown being fast pace and busy . Most definitely will visit back when in the downtown area.

Genuinely when I walked in I was pretty excited place was clean environment nice food smelled and look good but when I was served by a gentleman in glasses he gave attitude immediately within our interaction when I asked for greens in my bowl he told me it was too late I said well I’m willing to pay extra he can add it on top or to the side and he said no it’s too late in a rude tone I was disappointed because he put such a small portion and I paid $18! Genuinely disappointed

I really love this Sweetgreen location. The staff are very sweet and super efficient during lunch rush on weekdays. I like to order something a bit different each time I come in, and it’s very clear to me all of the ingredients are incredibly fresh! Super happy with everything I’ve received from here. Ps. Try the focaccia!!

Came in with a few friends since for years I’m constantly told how I will love this place, so today was perfect to try them. Upon entering the cashier looked super annoyed and disappointed at our presence without any type of hiding of that whatsoever, and the place was empty. I instantly assumed maybe they were closed or closing so I didn’t take it to heart cause I hate to be that person coming in last minute somewhere while they’re close to close, I personally get it. With that said, I asked politely before we came in further if they were closed and was ignored. I just thought maybe no one heard me cause it was very polite, so I asked again, still nothing, so now I’m like okay, maybe I should word it differently, so I asked what time do they close, finally someone else yelled at us, not to us that they close at 9. Got it. So we enter fully. As my friends were eyeing the menu I was too on my own way but I also was seeing how the three associates were acting. They made it very clear they didn’t care for us being there. So I mentally noted it and just decided I didn’t need to eat there. So as I’m off to the side as my friends were still deciding and such, I waited for anyone to say anything to us but also I felt maybe they were just working on side task and such, and I can’t be upset about that. As one associate turned to face us, since all we saw were backs, I assumed maybe she was ready to speak with us, help us, acknowledge us, anything, but she looked at them, looked at me, rolled her eyes, and exhaled so hard and turned right back around. I never felt like I bothered someone for existing in my entire life, like so sorry we decided to come here to eat at your empty establishment. At that point I had a vision of how this experience was going to go, so I definitely stated aloud I didn’t like the energy and walked out. I even left my friends cause what was that? If you hate your job, get another one. Why work with the general public if you hate it? Anywho, they eventually met up with me and we went to Roti down the street, A-MAZING SERVICE! like, hands down! When I say the service was so phenomenal there! So even more confirmation the encounter I had here was definitely what it was. So I guess I will never know what the hype is with sweetgreen cause after that, it kind of turned me off completely. I know it’s not the company’s fault, but I refuse to go into another one with having the fear of replicating this experience. And I seen the reviews with the delivery orders, so I will just continue taking everyone’s word for it. Thankfully it didn’t matter too much, as I rather spend my money with people who actually give customer service. You see how I didn’t say good or great, just some servicing, but hey if it wasn’t for how they acted, I wouldn’t have gotten the amazing service I did at Roti. Definitely a win in my book! So thank you sweetgreen! I wanted to give zero stars, but the actual space was very welcoming and clean and the food looked good too, can’t deny they didn’t contribute to that. Just wish attitudes were kept to themselves or at least behind our backs after we left.
This is a pleasant, healthy lunch spot with delicious food (and aromas).
Ordering was quick and easy, and it seems like there’s quite a bit of customization available for their salads and bowls. So many things looked delicious, but I was simply in the mood for a kale Caesar salad. It tasted like the kale and romaine were well balanced, and the chicken tasted fresh. (note: the dressing is a little more on the acidic side, but I like that. There are definitely creamier Caesar dressings.) It also came with a piece of wheat sourdough bread that was delicious.
There seem to be limited drink options, but Health Ade Kombucha is one of them, so that’s alright by me.
I recommend this spot if you’re looking for a light, healthy lunch that won’t break the bank.

I’ve placed a couple onion orders at this location for pick-up, mostly good experience just walking in to grab my order but sometimes I’ve had a bit of a wait after the app said my food was ready for pickup. Overall very fresh food and consistent quality at this location!

This is a pleasant, healthy lunch spot with delicious food (and aromas).
Ordering was quick and easy, and it seems like there’s quite a bit of customization available for their salads and bowls.
