I've had sweet green in many locations and this by far has been the most delicious one. I don't know what the difference was but was amazed.

The customer service is Outstanding. This is my second time at Sweetgreen. I Absolutely LOVE this place. Guacamole greens added Brussels sprouts + sweet potatoes, pepper flakes, spicy cashew/balsamic vinaigrette dressing w/ 2 lines of hot sauce. DELICIOUS 😋 ❤️

Everything about this sg is excellent 👌 This time I tried the Harvest and it was delicious and fulfilling. The girl who prepared my salad was very sweet and attentive. The place was one of the most clean SG I have ever visited Congratulations!!!

Limited seating, but I had mine for carry out. Everything was very fresh and the service was excellent. I paid cash which does not allow me to tip, so I gave money straight to the person who prepared my meal and took the payment. Would recommend sweet greens when you want to get away from the expense of big city food and have something filling at a reasonable price.

I am really frustrated with Sweetgreen. I was hoping to place an online order for pickup at 9pm on Friday. The store says they close 9pm on Friday. But the app is not letting me do so and says the earliest for pickup is the next day. When I try calling there is a really awful automated customer response machine that does not follow through when I press a number. I would greatly appreciate assistance but it seems it is impossible to contact the store directly.

I love Sweetgreen — the menu, the salmon plate, everything. But I had to give 1 star for this location because this location consistently disappoints with both delivery and pickup orders. My recent order - my salmon plate arrived without the dressing, which is an essential part of the meal. A salad without dressing is just not complete, and the separate dressing should always be included and noticeable — something this location failed to deliver.
Previously, I also had a pickup order where the app said my order had already been picked up when I hadn’t picked it up yet. This caused unnecessary worry that someone else might have taken my meal. There was no clear communication between the app and the restaurant, which made the experience frustrating.
Overall, the quality and attention to detail here are not on par with other Sweetgreen locations, like Lincoln Park or the Loop. Sweetgreen is great, but this location needs to step up to meet the standard customers deserve.

We dined at this location about three times this past week. The food was good and the service was very friendly. Appreciated having a healthier choice in the City of Carbs. 😉 My only negative was the two times we ate at the restaurant, the tables hadn't been wiped clean and the music was really loud.
Doesn't have a ton of vegan options, but the shromami bowl is very tasty and flavorful. Great location for takeaway to eat in the park on a nice day!

I love eating from sweet green overall been eating since a little kid. First time visiting this location the other week this restaurant is extremely clean , amazing staff and amazing salads. The atmosphere of restaurant is welcoming, and peacefully which is very beneficial due to downtown being fast pace and busy . Most definitely will visit back when in the downtown area.

Genuinely when I walked in I was pretty excited place was clean environment nice food smelled and look good but when I was served by a gentleman in glasses he gave attitude immediately within our interaction when I asked for greens in my bowl he told me it was too late I said well I’m willing to pay extra he can add it on top or to the side and he said no it’s too late in a rude tone I was disappointed because he put such a small portion and I paid $18! Genuinely disappointed

I really love this Sweetgreen location. The staff are very sweet and super efficient during lunch rush on weekdays. I like to order something a bit different each time I come in, and it’s very clear to me all of the ingredients are incredibly fresh! Super happy with everything I’ve received from here. Ps.
