Absolutely the worst customer service ever on top of everything they charge extra for things that are not supposed to be even extra charge if i ordered online. They were rude which is not even acceptable.
Delicious!!! Fresh and so good! The miso salmon was one of my favorites!! The chicken pesto is also tasty! Customer service is always the absolute best!

I was sad to see this place less than four stars on Google! Folks commented that service was severely lacking. I can say the staff are all new and trained now. I’ve been coming here for years, the folks who were working here a few months ago no longer work here.
I ordered a bowl just now, I have to tell them to put less food in there as they usually put too much. The staff greeted me within a few seconds of walking in the door. There were five people behind the counter - plenty of throughput.
The build out of the restaurant is starting to look dated as it’s a few years old, but the tables are clean
Dietary restrictions: They will customize your order as much as you like. The company is purchase of pesticide use.
Parking: This restaurant isn’t a big mall like compound. There are several hundred parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs between parking and restaurant, one curb with ramps. Wheelchair parking right in front. One revolving door, two swing doors - swing doors do not have automatic openers.

Very poor customer service. I came in to pick-up a takeout order and the place was almost empty. There were 2 other customers besides myself. I waited patiently next to the pick-up shelves (at a dirty table) even past the estimated time. I was there for about 15mins while the employees took their time making my order.
Finally, I received a notification that my order was ready, however I didn’t see anyone bring it to the pick-up shelves. After patiently waiting a few more minutes, I discovered my order was still on the counter in the employees’ work area.
When I politely inquired whether the order was, in fact, ready to go (since I didn’t feel comfortable entering the employee space behind the counter without asking) I was met with a hostile attitude. 2 different employees both said something to the effect of “don’t be scared, you can take it” and looked at me as though I was wasting their time. When I asked them if it’s normal for takeout orders to be placed in the employees section and not on the shelves, and whether it’s been sitting there for a long time, the answer was “I don’t know” repeated two times. Never once did anyone say anything like “thanks for your patience” or “sorry for the confusion”, but I was met with a rude attitude instead. Won’t be returning any time soon.

Resse and Chrissy are the best. Their customer service is an A+. When you walk in the restaurant they speak, smile and provide outstanding customer service. Please stop by the Lincoln Park location to receive the best service you may ever experience when you are greeted by Resse and Chrissy. I'm sure everyone there is great. However, I can definitely speak on the experience I've encountered with Resse and Chrissy. Thanks for everything you do to make Sweet Green a pleasantplace to eat. Danette ?

First, let me start by saying this place is not clean at all. Every time I come there there is not one clean table in sight so I have came there at least four times now but today would be my last. The customer service is not good at all. The lady that helped me was extremely rude! I asked to speak to a manager. This guy named Reese came out. I’m assuming he was the person in charge. He wasn’t much help seem to have a little attitude as well. As expensive as this place is, you would think the customer service would be top-tier and it’s not! Won’t be going to this location!

I just stepped into sweet green at 900 w. North Ave. Instead of being greeted this young petite girl with glasses eventually after a few minutes goes by decides to pop her head from under the counter. To then move slowly to the wall to change her gloves. Walks over and starts saying something but says it softly. I politely ask her to repeat because I couldn't hear her. I let her know what I want and every time she speaks to me it's with an annoyed tone . She then speaks very quickly. I guess to tell me what my options are but was speaking so quickly that asked her 2 times again what she said because it's incomprehensible. She again rambled on and I let her know that I didn't appreciate her attitude and left. The service was unprofessional and disturbing because I was nothing but polite the entire time.

Quite possibly the worst run Sweet Green I have ever encountered.
I frequent this Sweetgreen often, as I work at the Lululemon in the same parking lot, and never have I ever had worse service than at this Sweetgreen, especially today. I went on my lunch break, and there were 3 people standing at the counter when I walked in, not a single one of them greeted me, said hello, said “I’ll be with you in one moment” or serviced me. And I was the only customer in the store at the time, it’s not like they were busy with others. I finally had to ask “are you guys closing soon?!” When a gentleman that just clocked in finally helped me. I let him know that I did not appreciate that, and coming from someone that’s also in customer service, my experience is absolutely valid. I’ve never felt so invisible when I’m ready to pay $20 for a salad. The two girls that were working on Friday 6/21 around 4pm need some serious training in customer service.
