Quality control is abymassal at this location. The chalboard praises "local ingredients", then why is the lettuce discolored like it's expiring? Sweet potatos are burnt. Chicken is sketchy.
Also, the employees at this location can't perform, which is a management issue.
Should I contact Newmam and let him know what's happening here?

It's unfortunate that this place exists. Decent at best salads and bowls at a premium. Gets very busy during lunch rush as office crowd filters in. Nothing wrong with the food but pricey for what it is. OK at gluten friendliness although some risk of CC

I've tried this place a couple of times and really like the taste & healthier alternative. Highly recommend the Guacamole Greens, Elote Bowl, and the Crispy Rice Bowl. However, I've noticed their mobile ordering seems to be worse (duration wise) vs. standing in line during the lunch rush. Not sure if it's a system intentional preference to membership/external pickup services, or bad timing surge but today I placed a mobile order at 11:30am and the pickup time was set until 12:30pm (1 hour wait) and it was brought out a bit later. Super hectic pickup area too, everyone stands around and really hard to hear/see your name with the crowds. My last visit I stood in line to order during the lunch rush (at 12pm or past) and got through in ~ 10 minutes.

I really enjoy most sweetgreen locations, but this one is the most inconsistent. Their hours of operation are listed wrong, toppings will sometimes be burned or ill-prepared in general, and on occasion myself and coworkers have fallen ill from having eaten here. This doesn't seem to be the case at other locations and in general the menu offerings are very tasty and much more healthy for a regular lunch option than most other places. I just wish this location where I work was as consistent as the other locations.
Just for reference if anyone needs it: They list opening at 9:30, they tell you they open at 10, but they keep the area roped off until 10:30.
