One of my favorite lunch spots near my office. Highly recommend ordering for pick up, the process is very seamless. One time, my order got mistakenly grabbed, and the team working there was very swift and kind and remade it for me.

The whole system is automated so that you order on these really fancy ipads, but it takes out the personality and it can bring down portion sizes because there’s no one to talk to. Presentation is also poor, but it’s in a beautiful food court.

for some reason this location does not have cubed tofu- it’s sliced like chicken and as a vegetarian, it throws me off every time. also the 2 times i’ve had it delivered, the containers haven’t even been shut and the overall taste of the salad is off.

My chicken had a bone in it, the lettuce was wilty, and my carrots tasted like soap. I was very disappointed and will sadly say this is no longer one of my go to spots while in Chicago...

This is my first time eating here and the bowl I had was delicious. The staff were friendly.
The food here is absolutely disgusting. I ordered the caramelized garlic steak and it tasted and felt like rubber. The food is always cold here no matter what I order. Save your money and avoid this restaurant incentivizing healthy food. I couldn’t even finish eating it.

Have ordered from this location several times and there’s always something wrong. Items missing, delivery issues, etc. With fees and tip today my delivery order was $35, and half of it was missing so I paid $35 for one salad. Reported the issue and Sweetgreen’s automated corporate customer service tool gave me a $5 credit. Honestly that’s so impersonal, insulting, and inadequate. Probably won’t order again.
