Food was fine but they need customer service training. Orders a drink and the lady just ghosts when I’m trying to pay. How ignorant was she.. not a clue what that was. Second time I’ve come to this location and have had issues and finally will say something.

Super helpful workers at this store! I ordered a salad online to my usual Sweetgreen, but something went wrong while ordering and it ended up being accepted to the Logan Square location. When I discovered this information, one of the employees at this Wicker Park location was super empathetic, and offered to make my order right there free of charge. Such a big help!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sweetgreen was here, so avoid if you are used to the locations who actually serve good food and orders correctly. I ordered 3 salads (all autumn harvest bowls) and 1 warm bowl (maple glazed Brussels and chicken). All 3 salads were made incorrectly (included plain, half cooked white rice instead of flavorful wild rice), and included maybe 1/2 a handful of spinach as the “salad” portion, and the warm bowl came with quinoa and sweet potatoes (they left out the chicken, onions, Brussels sprouts, and wild rice). Of course I had this delivered at received it at 8:30pm, when it was too late to try to remedy the situation. This location falls well below the bar of Sweetgreen as a brand, and I’d suggest avoiding ordering from here if you want the items you order to show up in your bowl (especially when it comes to deliveries).

Normally I am picky when it comes to trying new menu items. so i tend to stick with what I know and when It comes to sweetgreen's harvest bowl I am seriously obsessed! it definitely reminds comfort in a salad/rice bowl type of thing going on here .But I was Convinced by A.P. and the rest of the fantastic Sweetgreen team to live a little out side my comfort zone and try their new seasonal harvest bowl. okay i must admit i was not a huge fan of Brussels sprouts.... Until i tried it in the fall harvest bowl it's something to be said about that maple glaze it was sooooo DELICIOUS !!! THANK YOU GUYS🥹❤️💯 for The PUSH in confidence reminding me that even a little Change can make things taste so much better....

I love Sweetgreen but today I went to my local store and ordered a make your own salad. Something was wrong with the cucumbers, they tasted like they were covered in soap or chemicals. I texted with their customer service line and got refunded (which I appreciate) but am now having acid/burning feeling in my throat. I asked their customer support what to do if I have further health issues regarding this and they said to just text them. I feel like they really dropped the ball on something that could have huge legal implications. Also curious if anyone else had a similar experience with this today (9/18)?

They screw up orders 1/2 the time I’ve ordered from here. Customer service is nonexistent. No one answers phones. The online customer service is a joke.
