I've ordered from this location before and they can't seem to get their orders right. Someone picked up my grub hub order and dropped it off somewhere else as I was given someone else's order from Uber Eats. Clearly a driver issue. Also, there was multiple hairs in my food. Go to the Lincoln Park location. I don't trust the quality here anymore after reading how management acts.

The food is expensive but solid. The service is abysmal. It often takes quite a while to be acknowledged when I go in and if they mess something up, they act like it’s my fault and make it difficult to get a correction. Don’t really recommend overall.

I'm a big Sweetgreen fan, but this location leaves much to be desired especially for takeout. I attached a pic of what my salad looked like when I ordered delivery a few days ago - adding red onion was 50 cents extra and as you can see I received a tiny amount of it Also, the time before this, I came into the store and had to repeat a lot of what I was ordering because it didn't seem that the person making the salad was paying much attention. Even after I repeated asking for an ingredient, it was left out and I had to remind the person again. Sweetgreen is my fave option for when I'm out of groceries at home but the quality has been sadly steadily decreasing in my opinion.

Man some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Been here a few times and Marri has served me each time and makes me feel like I’m an inconvenience to her. Management needs to straighten her attitude out.

I'm literally in shock right now. This is the second time that I ordered a salad and they forgot to give me any dressing. I actually ordered two both times and received zero. Who wants to eat a salad without dressing??!!

They gave me half a salad with no romaine on the kale cesar… onlyshredded kale. They forgot my friends chicken, bread, and almonds in her grain bowl and it had 1 apple square. Thankfully they remade it when I asked but I would have been pissed if I didn’t check right away. Terrible location 1/10.

I ordered the harvest warm bowl. My order was missing chicken, almonds and I did not receive bread. After complaining I did get chicken on the side but seems like orders are always wrong at this location.

As many have stated, this location is beyond terrible. They got my last three orders wrong. They’ve never apologized. Finally had enough and demanded a refund. They’re refusing to give me a refund on the basis that I ordered through GrubHub. I ordered through their website. I’ve never had a GH account. I showed the person in the store all of the receipts and even the order confirmation page from their website. The refusal is from the area manager. Completely absurd. Stay away!

Love sweet green in general. The wicker park location in Chicago is the worst sweet green I've ever been to. The workers act like the hate their life and the food quality is bad. Atmosphere is at least clean looking. I've recieved a bad avocado, chip crumbs, and incorrect orders from this location. Not sure what's going on there. Y'all should look into that and do better.

As someone with food allergies, during my first time at this location, the manager went above and beyond to check all the ingredients and make sure everything was safely assembled. He also did a hand wash and glove change in front of me. That kindness meant a lot. I'm thrilled to have a new safe place to eat, because I love their food!
