You have to watch these people like a hawk. I can't tell you how many times I have stupidly not paid attention while they put in every single ingredient and gotten home or back to my desk only to realize that there is chicken and not tofu in my salad (I always ask for tofu instead of chicken because I've been a vegetarian for 23 years).

I shouldn't say countless times because I know exactly how many times. Seven. Seven times I've spent $15 or more on a salad only to have it inedible. I never have a problem at any of the other locations - but obviously the staff here is just completely apathetic.

I've also been charged different prices almost every single time I've been in there for the same thing - they are supposed to remove the cost of chicken and substitute the price of tofu, but sometimes they do both or neither so it ends up being off by a dollar or two every time. Serves me right for spending this much on a salad!

While the salads are overpriced, my issue is actually the lack of appropriate staffing at this location. I went in at 6:15pm on a weekday, and they had one person fulfilling counter orders and a line 4-5 people deep. They had someone behind the counter cutting lettuce, which was full out front, instead of bringing them to help fulfill orders. They had at least one other person in back not taking orders either. (Again, during a dinner rush hour.) I left after waiting so long. I don’t know if this is just poor management, lack of training, or staff shortage. Either way, I left and won’t be back to find out.

I got the caramelized steak bowl and it was amazing. The ingredients were fresh, this was my first time ever trying sweetgreen and it definitely hit .

Oh man, this food is so good! I made my own bowl with greens, tofu, and quinoa and it was delicious. Exactly what I was craving! It's simple healthy and delicious food. Would def come again.

Dietary restrictions: I was able to create my own bowl and avoid all wheat, dairy, nightshades, and refined sugar. It was great

I don't know who your staff was at 3:25pm 8/17 but keep them around. I was really scared of what I'd receive through uber due to the reviews but it's because of that, that I should let you know my salad was fresh, the order was perfect, the bread was fresh and I really enjoyed my meal. Hopefully this is the real reflection of the store.

The staff here was very rude. It was our first time visiting, we had a couple questions as their menu is very confusing. When we asked our questions the employee looked at us and responded as if we were stupid. Then she continued to be rude the rest of the visit including judging us for what we ordered. Food was good but overall a bad experience.

My daughter and I ordered two salads and had them delivered. When they delivered the order I opened my sealed salad and right on top was a dead fly. My daughter went back on line to try and correct the issue. I subjected that we need to go to the store and correct this issue
So drove to the sweetgreen and showed her the issue she stated that the delivery service broke the seal and that is why there was a dead fly in the salad. I informed her that I broke the seal to eat and she just brushed me off. Nothing for the inconvenience that we paid for delivery and then had to come back to get a replacement. Never seen such bad service. And I own a business and would never treat customers like this

Recently we decided to place an order through a thrid party for pick up. However, when we got home and opened the containers, we were shocked to find that two of the three salads were missing both the protein and the rice. The 2 chicken salads have the word chicken in them and it seems as if this would have been a hard item to miss placing on top of the salad.

Naturally, we reached out to the 3rd party who told us to walk back down to the establishment to pick up replacement salads. After having the inconvenience of walking back down to collect the corrected salads which weren't correct, I had to ask how this could happen on multiple occassions with one order. The employee responded with an attitude, as if we were suggesting that they are unintelligent. The dismissive and unprofessional response was unneccessary and disrespectful.

As a customer there is an expecation to have an order prepared correctly but to experience mutliple problems with one order when the establishment was entirely empty was truly unacceptable. It was dishertening to receive the incorrect items and even more frustrating to encounter such a lackluster response from the employee.

This is the worst Sweetgreen I have ever visited. I got many times pick up order from Sweetgreen from Doordash. I almost waited around like 25 minutes minimum rather than I also order some food from Sweetgreen they took around minimum 15 to 30 minutes. This is the worst restaurant on the clark Street.

I placed an order for pick up, I can’t have meat so I got a bowl with tofu, chickpeas, rice, and a few other things. I get home and my bowl is full of chicken, no rice, and no tofu. I tried calling and all I get is an automated message. Glad to have wasted $20!
