When I first started coming here, I would be served a salad or plate that I could barely finish. I was in heaven! Finally, a place that served adequate portions for the price.For the past year or so, Sweetgreen Inc. must have caught on, because shrinkflation has certainly taken hold. Not only have prices gone up some, but portions have decreased significantly.Now, my salad with tip (a new add on to the checkout process which refreshingly wasn't there before), costs 20 bucks and I'm left wondering if it's going to put a dent in my hunger.Sweetgreen- please stop being greedy. Go back to the version of yourself that made me happy to walk in the door.

That was a third time for me, when meat was skipped/forgotten to add at that location on Clark. Even though I specifically stressed, please add chicken instead of tofu.In the end your cannot even call the location, as SG published only a central line number.Very unpleasant feeling, really...

Man such a cool thing. Salads were great and I'm a meatatarian! I ate it too fast to take a photo but I would recommend the Crispy rice salad

Was headed to Zupas for a salad, turns out they are closed on Sundays, needless to say came into sweet greens, salad was on POINT!!! my man Tony made one of the most delicious salads I ever had, healthy as ever too! Grateful for Tony and the rest of the team, will definitely be coming back ?? #

This was my first time visiting Sweetgreen and it was such a delightful experience! The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful even making sure my order didn’t include any of my allergens.I tried the chicken avocado ranch salad with spinach instead of the romaine and it was absolutely amazing.It is a little pricey for my budget so I won’t be able to visit as much as I’d like. That said, because of the portions and quality of the ingredients the cost is worth it.

The lady that helped me today was extremely kind. I was having an off couple of days and she was just very energetic.Edit: Three stars because I asked for tofu instead of chicken because I don’t eat poultry. I took a big ol bite of chicken..That was pretty disappointing to me honest. This is the SECOND time sweetgreen has really messed up my order. Kinda annoyed.Honestly would’ve been more upset if it wasn’t for the lady being nice…

I haven't been to Sweetgreen in awhile so I expected better. The person who took my order was rude and unprofessional. Not only did half of my salad end up on the counter (when being mixed) but the "little" portions they provide you is a scam. When you ask for more, it's an upcharge. Your serving an adult not a toddler. Nevermind the fact she left me trying to figure out how to pay for the salad with my card. Finally after several minutes, she reluctantly showed me how to do. I ended up accidentally giving a dollar tip which was too much. As a result, I will not be going back to this location. Treat people like you want to be treated. Smh...
