Lady with light skin who took my order was rude and was not welcoming. I mentioned to her that I wanted double protein and she made fun due to the way of my pronunciation of the word protein and proceed to charge me for a double protein without giving me any. My bowl had regular amount of chicken.I’ll not recommend this place. I cursed her and the place in my mind while I tipped a dollar and gushed out the door with my lunch.

You know I usually don’t make reviews but this lady was being so rude I have to say something. Bad energy from the minute she was putting gloves on aggressively asking what I want and rushing me. I mean that’s fine but when I tried to explain what I wanted she acted like I was an idiot instead of helping to explain the menu. She asked someone else to take the order because “she didn’t want to deal with me” I was not being difficult at all it was mind blowing if you hate your job work somewhere else, it’s a Sweetgreen not a Meangreen. Putting negative energy over healthy food come on now. God bless you though. The lady who took me after her was caring and patient though, so I give it 3

We were invited to have lunch here with our new Chicago friends. Honestly, we probably would have never thought to eat here. But we were pleasantly surprised.All bowls/plates are customizable, so my kids were able to create their bowls to what they like. My son doubled up on the salmon while my daughter piled on the herbed chicken. She also really enjoyed the fresh focaccia bread. I tried the new Southwest Chicken Fajita bowl. The sauces perfectly complemented each order. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and really good.Super friendly and patient staff as people had a lot of questions while ordering. They never hesitated to accommodate all requests. My kids may not choose to come back, but I definitely will. :)

Twice I’ve ordered for delivery from this location and they forgot the chicken and apples. The customer service to reach a live rep is a joke. Unfortunate because the other locations are always promising.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for a salad . They only had 2 really slow moving employees in the front during busy hours. And another 4 in the back washing lettuce instead of helping out in front as the line was almost outside . Smh no parking . Only had 7 minutes left of my break by the time I was out of here . The food is great but they are just understaffed and move realllllyyyy slow.
