We were visiting from Nashville and needed a place close to our hotel and ran across Sweetwater. The staff was so pleasant and friendly as soon as we walked in. We order bang bang shrimp as an appetizer and it was soooo good!! All of our entrees were great, but the best part of our experience was our waiter, Mauricio!!! He was the absolute BEST!!!

Pricy and the food was just okay. Server was nice and helpful. My wife had the chopped salad, and an hour later she got violently sick which ruined our plans for the rest of the night.

We went and sat at the bar. Had the best nochoes and a few drinks while watching college football. Great place to relax and hang out! Service was grest at the bar. Price was reasonable, no complaints.

Stopped for a drink while my wife was at a conference with very few in the restaurant. After looking at the menu, I decided we'd come back when she was finished. An hour later the place was packed and I didn't make a reservation beforehand. I mentioned this to the manager, Jesse, who took it upon himself to make sure we didn't have to wait the 45min we were advised for a table. We stood at the bar for maybe 10min before sitting down to one of the best meals we've ever had! My wife said she's never had a better grilled salmon salad, and my burger was perfect -thanks Jesse!

I went there Sunday night and the host was very rude, didn’t even say hi. Server was rushing us and had an attitude.

Came in to watch a football game. The staff was great. They changed two tvs to the game we wanted and never rushed us to leave. Great place for food service and to watch a football game.

Nice and clean but service is blah
I ordered a Cabernet and he stated it's on draft not bottle, ugh no. It was watered down and just not good. We ordered an app, spinach and artichoke dip. Very bland.

Für amerikanische Verhältnisse längere Wartezeit obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll besetzt war. Essen war aber lecker und frisch
Our first meal in Chicago after a day of travelling. Friendly staff (Havaina - apologies of I have spelt this incorrectly - was our server). Friendly welcome and she checked in on us regularly. A late lunch of a wrap for my wife and a bacon cheeseburger for me. Really tasty, served quickly and presented well.

Nice experience. Only drawback was we had to wait awhile to be seated. But food was very good and served quickly which was appreciated as we were attending concert at the Chicago Theatre.
Niema was an amazing server she went above and beyond. If I could give her more stars I would! & If I lived in Chicago I would come here again :)
