This was amazing coffee, pastries, and atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot. They have everything you’d want in a coffee shop. I will definitely be back again.

Paige the barista was INCREDIBLE!! My son is practicing having conversations with new people and she was super sweet both weeks we came in. He just dropped his hot cocoa while crossing the street and was completely distraught. Paige was so kind and told him “it happens to the best of us”. We will definitely be coming back every time we’re in the neighborhood. ❤️❤️❤️

Today I watched how my strawberry bliss dragon drink was made. Literally wasn’t even FRESHLY MADE. They used old left over mix from the freezer. No wonder it just tasted like more water and ice. Disgusting never again

the employees were super nice and made my drink quickly. i got a seasonal matcha drink (forgot the name of it). i believe it was a mix of matcha and lychee. unfortunately, the matcha was not good. honestly, i don’t even know how to describe it other than it was tasteless. maybe the other drinks are better

Best Thai ice tea ever… the OMG cake is also fabulous and amazing. Every time people were nice. Place is clean. Definitely my favorite coffee and tea place. The rewards is sort of confusing as it gets tied to your credit card after you add your number in once. The prepackaged stuff are all pretty good too. Size is good.

I stopped by Sweetwaters NEWCITY this morning and it hit the spot. The space is warm and inviting great lighting, comfy seating, and enough room to work or lounge. The staff were friendly and efficient; my drink (mango Macha) came just right, balanced and flavorful.

What impressed me most was the menu: plenty of interesting options beyond the standard coffeehouse fare unique teas, some very good pastries, and light food. Plus, it’s nice to see real ingredients used (fresh, natural stuff) rather than too many artificial flavors.

If you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a place to get good coffee, hang out, or have a relaxed meeting, Sweetwaters is a strong pick. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful place with the garden outside. You can grab a coffee but also eat breakfast and lunch. A quiet and peaceful place in the city.

Tucked back inside a little entertainment district, there's a lot of different flavored drinks and a solid selection of food offerings.

Drinks and the pastry we got were pretty good, really enjoyed the art of display as well.

Sweetwaters feels immediately familiar in a comforting way. The cafeteria-style layout is airy yet cozy. You can settle into a plush chair or pull up a stool at the counter. Everything from the light aroma of coffee beans to the soft background music signals easy affection for slow mornings or casual catch-ups.

The honey lavender latte was gently floral and creamy without overwhelming sweetness. A warm croissant with a crisp exterior paired well with the drink. The staff took a friendly interest in my experience and made the moment feel cared for. Sweetwaters offers a soothing blend of warmth, familiarity, and flavor.
