Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

The service is great as well as the view... the drinks on the other hand are very watery... the cold brew isn't strong and the flavors are barely noticeable. Tried it a couple times, not a big fan. Not sure if it is a location thing or if all the Sweetwaters' locations sell their product like that. Also, it is a big chain with locations all over the u.s... it isn't a local mom and pop shop some people might assume it is.

Tea was good, black coffee was inedible and the staff was unbelievably rude

This place is highly rated and I am not sure if being there maybe plays a role but my review is for delivery , and it was kind of basics but I was blown out of the sweet waters .

The packaging was good, I ordered coffee , bagel , and croissant.

The coffee was alright , the bagel was good and it is what saved the day because unfortunately the croissant was below standards a bit kind of stale and just like all croissants made this way they don’t have much chocolate. I hope to visit one day and the rating would increase but on food alone it’s not more than 3 stars - it’s good for on passing by and you need a pit stop because it’s on the way but I would not get out of my way to go there. I hope my opinion changes if I visit there and try other things.

Staff was friendly, place was clean, restrooms were out of order which was fine as they had another solution to walk to, but coffee was terrible. I got a cold brew with oat milk and I could tell immediately that they water it down too much there. Confirmed upon first sip.

Gave 3 stars because I don't think a lower rating would be fair considering this was my first experience and I didn't try anything else on the menu. However, it was enough that I likely won't go back or recommend their coffee

I really like the drinks here, but the food is too inconsistent. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and when I got it back to my office, I found the bacon was still raw. This isn't the first time I have found a sandwich here to be undercooked. Can't bring myself to go back after this one.

Spent $8 on a double matcha latte and threw it in the trash. It was extremely sweet with 0 matcha flavor at all. Really disappointing, I even asked for less oat milk and that still gave it 0 flavor.. save your money

The staff here are really kind and have great customer service. They take an interest in what customers may want, are familiar with their product line, and are supportive of each other.
