I visited the lounge on Sunday around 6pm ish and was very disappointed with the experience. There was no food available, only a few limited snacks. While the staff was polite and apologetic, it seems from reading other reviews that this is a recurring issue with the lounge.
I had a flight delay and thought I could at least make use of one of my Priority Pass benefits, but unfortunately, it felt more like an inconvenience. Being told they had ‘run out of food’ is unacceptable—the lounge should be better prepared to serve guests during operating hours. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I mean only lounge in Ord for international. Very small, barely any food options but better than nothing

Very rude “greeter.” Zero smile. Not patient with limited English speakers and she is smack dab in the international terminal. Small, crowded, and dingy. Not worth the effort to get in. Seriously. Just skip it. It has the reputation of the worst lounge in the US for a reason.

Joke of a lounge
Small lounge with little to no service. Minimal snack and beverages.

One of the worst lounges.
Minimal everything. Windowless stuffy room packed with travelers. The time I visited, female restroom was out of order. Left soon after, better to wait at gate.

Had to spend the day here as punishment for finishing last in my fantasy football league. It was fine! I subsisted on cheese cubes, oatmeal, and black coffee. Most importantly I did not fill my water bottle because I obey the rules ☺️ I’ll be back when I lose again next year!

It is a lounge. There is seating. Sometimes there are tables. The food is in one place (small sandwiches, help-yourself-snacks) and is restocked when empty. There are glasses and bottles of hard liquor for you to pour. The bloody mary mixers fit exactly into a tall glass with ice (there is a small ice bucket). There were no wine glasses, albeit there is wine (filling your tumbler or water bottle will suffice). Some seats have power outlets. The carpet has seen better days. The one working restroom was out of order.
That's all :)

I’m not one to write reviews. But this is by far the worst lounge I have stayed at. Smashed snacks in self serve jars, broken toilets, etc…
This really isn’t a lounge, it’s a crowded unkept waiting room. You’re better off trying to find a quiet corner in the terminal. Shame on priority pass for being associated with this lounge.

I’ve been to multiple lounges across the country and this was one of the worst ones I’ve been in. The front desk attendant was confused, disorganized, and not very friendly and the food was not very good. I would not recommend this lounge to others.

In need of a refresh but more comfortable than sitting at a gate. Had I been in the mood for a cocktail it may have gotten four stars
