Worst lounge I have experienced so far. Everything in it is disappointed. The pictures you see are from other lounge btw.

I wasn’t impressed by the service at the front desk. Not inviting and friendly, but rather the opposite. I asked a question about lounge access in general at Ohare terminal 5, and got no answer. Two months ago I asked the same question in New York, and I got a very friendly and helpful answer.
I have Priority Pass in addition to status on my airline, and I could enter their lounge, Swissport, with that. Then one of the receptionist said to the other, “make sure he doesn’t stay more than three hours” in a slightly rude way. I decided to go to another lounge, and had a wonderful time. Just sad that people in the service sector aren’t more service minded and inviting. I qualify for access.

So bad in every way. Dirty and full of disinterested staff who are rude. Same song played for 25 minutes. I did have a bag of pretzels and a La Croix, and it was free with priority pass, but no real food options and no windows. I suppose you could get pretty drunk since they have a fair amount of self serve alcohol, but I was not drinking so that couldn't save it.

Very very basic lounge. Definitely not worth the cash admission value. Extremely rude check in staff….i should have went with my gut after reading reviews…not worth a visit.

Ok sure this really is probably the worst lounge ever! But ... They have an open bar and free snacks so as far as I'm concerned this is a great lounge! Most people giving this a poor review are those that have lived a comfortable life with little hardship. When I walk in and see 8 high end bottles free for the pouring and endless snacks this is heaven! Thank you swiss lounge! For providing such lavashes to enjoy,... I shall return 🔥💯

Avoid. Staff is VERY rude. Once it reaches capacity, the front check in lady yells at everyone to get out of the lobby. Even standing outside of the lobby, she yelled at us to disperse. Was surprised that this is how they treat Priority Pass members who pay for this service.

Front desk was unreasonable avoid at all costs. Who ever worked front desk March 15 at 210 should be fired
Terrible experience! The staff are extremely rude. If someone paying a significant amount of money for access to a lounge to relax before a flight, the least they could do is train the workers to put a smile on their faces or train them to have basic and simple manners. Do not waste your time here.

The centurion lounge was too far and my gate was M. This is the worst lounge I’ve been to in an airport and I thought Puerto Rico was bad. For this lounge to be in one of the busiest airports you would think they would be at least B level as a priority pass but this was definitely a F . No seating staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating… let’s not start on the food selection. THERE WAS NONE… just crackers chips sodas ramen etc they really need to step up their game!

0 stars if possible. The WORST service. Anna the lady at the desk LITERALLY SCREAMED at me. They randomly shut down the lounge when they want, inspite of having open lounge hours written outside. Upon asking for details she refused to share any name or email and screamed at me saying that she’s tired.

Anna the lounge attendant closed the lounge in the middle of the day. She was extremely rude and started screaming when I said I'd like to use priority pass membership to enter. Worst lounge experience

This is the worst “lounge” I’ve visited. A dark small and totally crowded space. Avoid it.
Tried using Priority Pass - was told the lounge was "closed" because they were understaffed and to come back after 5pm
