The atmosphere makes this place but service lacks tremendously. It seems like there’s too many tables to a single server. Drinks are strong and good but to order another one, be prepared to wait.
Food is alright. Nothing to brag about. We had lobster flautas and a hint of lobster was even a hard miss. The octopus is nothing to boast about. The salmon was flavorful and the al pastor tacos at $8 a piece were difficult to indulge because of the texture & temperature. I wouldn’t go back.

Skip it. One of the worst brunch experiences I’ve had in Chicago. I’ve never been a restaurant where it was so hard to get someone to give me food and drinks in exchange for money. There are places with better food, better service, and a better ambiance at this price.
If you want more details, our reservation was for 2:00. The waitress didn’t check on us for 40 minutes, then told us that they weren’t doing bottomless at that time because there were only 20 minutes remaining for brunch service. This was the reason we chose the restaurant, but fine.
We asked a question and she disappeared for another 10 minutes, in spite of JUST telling us we only had 20 minutes to get an order in. We eventually had to go up to the bar to ask someone to come take our order.
Things did not improve from there. For example:
- We ordered a bottle of sparkling wine. The bottle fizzed up and spilled when the waitress opened it, and then the waitress spilled more when she poured it. No offers to comp anything in spite of a quarter of the wine we paid for going on the floor.
- It took over an hour for us to get our food, and we didn’t get all of it because they stopped serving brunch even though we were told we just had to put our order in by 3:00.
- The manager came over to us after all of this to I guess explain how their brunch timing works?? It was the weirdest conversation, he didn’t really apologize and his explanation was pointless. Like, we understand how you do things and why, it’s just a bad system.

A Valentine’s Day to Remember!
We came here for Valentine’s Day, and WOW—what an unforgettable experience! From the incredible food to the top-tier hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. The management and staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great time.
Now, about the food…
🔥 Korean Tacos – Bursting with flavor, these were an instant favorite.
🐍 Rattlesnake Burger – The perfect balance of heat and savoriness, with sauces that elevate every bite. My only wish? A little more spice! If you order something called "Rattlesnake" and don’t expect a bite, that’s on you. 😂
Yes, you might see reviews mentioning slow service, but here’s the real deal: management here is ON IT. If you need anything, they make it happen.
Huge thanks to the team for making our day so special—we’ll definitely be back!

Interesting flavors! The name definitely suits the food. Creative takes on classical dishes. I’ve been for the Mosaic event a few times the music/vibe is always 10/10.

The food is a nice, tasty twist to traditional latin food fusing various cultures into their selection, ambiance is phenomenal and the DJ did a great job keeping the crowd engaged and entertained. Overall a fantastic experience for brunch.

Completely dissatisfied, the only upside was the food and DJ . We had bought tickets to an invent (Bad Bunny DTMF which they only had two cut outs of him cheap) waited two hours past our reservation time. There was a two hour limit to brunch which the management clearly didn't abide by, they allowed there friends to skip the line huge parties of 12 or more. The host did what they could to rectify the situation but with no team support it went bad quickly. This should not be apart of restaurant week it was a day party club!!!!

Most likely the poorest experience for a restaurant week I've ever had. The menu was very disappointing, and the music in there was much more like a club than a restaurant. Definitely not worth visiting. And they should've let you know in advance that there is a DJ playing ragaton as loud as possible during lunch
