A carne asada burrito meal is my go-to dinner when I need something quick and satisfying.
Food is decent, but pricy for the quality.
Service is grumpy. Good luck.
If you order dine in, you get it all bagged up to go anyway, so why bother?
It's plain and fluorescent inside.

Don't suck the tongue tacos, they are made with the same meat as for the barbecue and they also charge you more for the tongue.
I love this place. It's really authentic Mexican food. I don't visit often because I live far away. However, whenever I'm in the area, I must stop by. The employees are always friendly, funny, and attentive.

Look, this is good late night, grab a taco after a few too many drinks food. Or a hung over burrito on a Sunday morning food. Will it blow your mind? No. But is it always hot, fresh and oozing with cheese and deliciousness? Yes. And does it stay open late? Very much yes. Plus, the guys behind the counter are great too. Hot tip: try the horchata, it won’t disappoint.

It's cheap Mexican open when you need it. Staff is helpful, food is incredible bang for the buck. Super recommend chorizo as a base meat. Supreme burrito has come to be our favorite. Their horchata is a wonderful delight. They are also accommodating and serious in regards for dietary restrictions: I have never had a dairy issue when dining in or taking out. They have a good thing going.
Vegetarian options: Our hardcore vegan friends ate here with us and were beyond satisfied.
Dietary restrictions: Great at accommodating dairy allergy, when Americanized-Mexican tends to have a lot of dairy.

The score the atmosphere…
Another patron came in with a gun visible in his waist band. I was nervous but showed no signs of fear.

I stay in the burbs of chicago and I originally came out that way to try a different place. When the original place I went for was closed I seen this taco restaurant and decided to give them a try. They were super nice and really fast with everything. I think I spent maybe a total of 5 minutes in there. I got 3 tacos de asada and one quesadilla. When I returned home the food was amazing. It looked so good I was too excited to eat it haha. I’ve never heard of this place before and I travel up north a lot. I’m glad I stopped by this place to give them a try. I will definitely be going back because not everyone’s food is the same and the salsa verde was exactly what I expected it to be.
