The staff is very rude and arrogant they don’t care about customers, back in the kitchen they just stand and gossip, no one is there at the counter to receive the customer if you call them they are rude like I disturbed there joy time. all in the back they come laughing and go.

don’t serve me a cantina chicken quesadilla that looks like this when I paid for extra chicken. are we serious? just tell me you are out of chicken. this doesn’t even have the same amount of chicken as the regular order. I’m guessing this is the same franchisee as the other TBs on the north side. terribly run businesses, and I’m now beginning to worry about food safety given their chronic inability to follow simple instructions. if they can’t get a single order right, do you think they are cooking and storing the food properly? never again.

The best Taco Bell in the city. The state. The country probably. Every time I come, the staff is so friendly, it is clean, the food is amazing, and the whole experience is perfect. Shout out to the ladies working on the afternoon of September 7 2025. They were all SO FRIENDLY and deserve a raise !!!

I understand not feeling your job, but to be annoyed to take a 3 person order, only to completely get it wrong, and then not even have a working phone to call and fix the situation? That’s agitating to say the least.

I ordered online through their app and ordered the wrong drink by mistake so I asked the drive thru staff if I could order a different drink at the window. The two women told me I needed to drive all the way around the building and order at the speaker again despite there being no other cars behind me. Neither of them were busy for the 5 minutes I was sitting at the drive thru window, just standing there. I could understand if I were trying to order more food but it was just one drink. These workers are some of the laziest I’ve seen.
