I with my child stopped by around 2:49-3pm Thursday afternoon(Drive thru). Once it was my turn . I waited for almost 2 minute , then said hello ? The rep said “ give me a second “. I waited another 2 minutes ( was about to drive away) the youngest lady said “ what’s your order”? I asked her what do have for refreshments there are not posted. She replied “Pepsi products”. And said nothing more. I waiting. Then I took off. The poor service was disrespectful. No greetings, she did not provide product information, just short and rude.

"SHADY" I didn't think I would use this term for taco bell But yeah this one is shady as hell. I go to drive thru order Nacho fries and soft taco. After paying at the window, I was told to back up my car almost to the point where I couldn't see what was happening in the kitchen. Which didn't make sense, but I did it. Took them ten minutes to make two things when I got it. The food was cold. 1 of 2 things I think are happening. Employees drugged or drunk out of their mind or management is pulling off something shady to save on expenses. I don't see why food being served is cold. When I went there dine in was not busy, no other car was behind me at the drive thru so question remains the same why is the food being served cold. Are the items on the menu pre made? Food and safety department needs to look into this.

I just ordered online today and they didn’t put any sauce in my bag. This happens every single time I order from this location. It’s almost like they don’t completely read the orders before preparing the food. They also gave the wrong drink.

They took over 10 minutes to get us our food in the drive thru, made us reverse and pull forward multiple times. When we finally got our order, food was missing. They didn’t give us a receipt or sauce. The potato burrito had only 3 potato’s, everything was half the size it normally is. What is going on?

I’ve visited this location many times, and the experience is consistently disappointing. Employees work slowly, lack focus, and show no care for customers. High turnover and indifferent management have led to a culture where staff just want to get paid without dedication or effort.
Employees can't handle the heat and need to get out of the kitchen. They don't understand what hospitality means for service with a smile. I went there Friday night about 8:00 p.m. and the employees are not very happy the atmosphere is very dark and scary.
