I went to this taco bell and a woman with pink hair took my order and didn't get my order right and gave me chicken tacos instead of potato soft tacos and she also never read off my order to me. she also started handing out orders without asking for order numbers and gave my order to the to somebody else SHE DIDNT EVEN CHECK THE BAG SHE JUST HANDED IT OUT. Like if the other customer didn't check the bag then we would've had to wait another 20 minutes for my food that wasn't even what I asked for. very undertrained cashier. she also looked under the influence because she couldn't not keep a straight face, also rubbing her face and didn't make any eye contact with any other customer she also got the customer in front of me order wrong as well even though she took 10 minutes rereading her order back to her. lady didn't even know what she put in the system and had to ask us for the receipt after we paid. if I was a manger there id definitely cut her hours or even terminate her. never coming back here again, I see other reviews suck too they should just shut down this location. no way they're just getting away with half assing someone's food that their paying and using their time for. ALSOOOOOOO ONLY ONE ENTRANCE AND EXIT MAJOR SAFTEY HAZARD

i came to this taco bell at 4:30pm 5/10/2025 the Lady with pink hair at the register didn’t know what she was doing she was getting flustered and also got my order wrong never coming back to this location again she also gave my order to the wrong person and even the other customer had to check and make sure she was even doing her job correctly

Review for Taco Bell / KFC – California & Irving Park Rd This location consistently disappoints. The restaurant is small, with dirty tables and floors that clearly aren’t cleaned regularly. The drink and sauce station is especially filthy—covered in straw wrappers and grime, with no indication it’s ever been properly cleaned or sanitized. The sauce bins are neglected and visibly dirty, and the drink nozzles look like they haven’t been maintained in ages. Adding to the frustration, the Taco Bell side doesn’t allow online orders, which is a major inconvenience in 2025. The prep and kitchen area is cramped, and orders take far too long. Staff seem overwhelmed, unmotivated, and unfriendly—like they resent working both KFC and Taco Bell shifts, and it shows. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, staffing, and customer service.
