The ice machine has been broken for more than 6 months. It's surprising that the health department allows this as the ice keeps the lines below 40° to prevent bacterial growth. I also wonder how they achieve backup cooling with no ice in house.
Also my food order is almost always missing at least one item.
Will update if they address the broken ice machine.

Employee used a rag to wipe the bottom of shoe, then set the rag onto food counter and put bare food on it.
I was too afraid to eat my incomplete order after this — never felt this way before, ever.
Horrible. Every single time I order from here there is something missing. The tacos were stale. The cup of fries were barely filled. Burrito was garbage. Hope the entirety of Taco Bell goes out of business for the dumpster fire of “Mexican food”. 20% chance you will actually get the order you asked for. Homeboy forgot how to count I guess huh. Also, everything tastes like crap DO BETTER

Ok so I've never set foot in this store lol BUT I order delivery from here all the time bc no matter how annoying & extra my food mods are they always do it exactly how I want it and give us lots of napkins! No matter how late it is they are always always always on point. For delivery anyway ?
