I do appreciate the hard work they do specially in the weekends. I do appreciate one of the employed there, Hispanic men managing the cashier in the nights . He was so nice I do appreciate him . Thank you so much !!

Paid 40$ ONLINE, at 1:12 am, wasn’t ready until an hour later, but I never even received my food. Workers were rude and I literally basically got scammed. I better get a refund because me or my friends didn’t get ANYTHING.

They literally NEVER give sauce when I order with uber eats even if I order it. It’s borderline psychotic.

I had a long, hard, confusing, terrible day today. I had $20 to my name but my stomach was starting to eat itself, I couldn’t take it any longer.
That cheesy steak double burrito or whatever the thing I ordered was the fattest packed most filling most generous most just what I needed I’ve ever eaten Taco Bell. I don’t know how they knew, or if they even knew. But that seemingly trivial act of kindness was a big blessing at the perfect time.
Whoever made me that burrito, gooood lookin out dude, thank you so much, the world needs more people like you. To the manager of whoever made me that burrito, they deserve a raise or a promotion or a paid vacation or whatever oats their goats. That was the most worth it $3.50 I ever spent on fast food. Thank you Loyola T-Bell!

Maybe it’s only the Evening staff but this place is absolutely horrible. Consistently messing up orders, I mean you get what you pay for with fast food, but what the evening staff cook isn’t even food. The entire place is always messy, and the staff just doesn’t care about anything. I would rather drive to the Taco Bell in Evanston than ever come back here.

This location restored my faith in taco bell. My items were so cheesy and warm and good! My usual location is the one on Devon which is notoriously bad, so I gave this location a chance on my way back home and I was so happy to have something tasty and good from taco bell again ☺️

Dirty environment. Unmelted cheese. Weird tasting jalapeños. Cinnabon delights bland. Whenever I went to this location in the past the food was always great and consistent. This was my first time coming to this location after a long time and I'm sorry to say the food was just terrible. I'd understand if only one or two items within the order weren't made properly but every single taco I ordered had unmelted cheese and the bean burrito tasted awful. I hope to see better next time.

Man hallelujah Taco Bell I was so hungry and I have terrible luck with ordering delivery in general but they got the order right!!!!! And they really got that cheese on top of our tacos good.... Can't thank you enough taco bell. Your Doritos locos tacos bring me so much joy and I don't think anyone's gotten food poisoning from a taco bell in forever so like, way to turn around that reputation!!!! Wow. I love taco bell.

It's too damn hot in there it's like y'all working in the factory which I can smell my tacos wasn't right I didn't really enjoy my food due to the hotness I see why y'all was closed but y'all need to do better y'all need AC ASAP

Service at midnight is a pain. I waited more than an hour for my order and there weren't even other customers... the place is dirty and the customer service is really bad.

The ice machine has been broken for more than 6 months. It's surprising that the health department allows this as the ice keeps the lines below 40° to prevent bacterial growth. I also wonder how they achieve backup cooling with no ice in house.
Also my food order is almost always missing at least one item.
Will update if they address the broken ice machine.
