They purposely wouldn’t take any orders at the drive thru at 12 am because they didn’t want to cook.. they made my boyfriend order online after he drove there to get food and then when he tried to order online it wouldn’t let him because we picked items that had to be cooked. They were being absolutely lazy and not caring. People should be able to have the service they deserve and this particular Taco Bell shouldn’t have been such an inconvenience to people when they’re open until 3-4 am. They made it difficult for us because we have people to feed and including me being pregnant!! The Taco Bell that was the second closest to us took our order right away with no problems or inconveniences. You guys need better staff members who are dedicated to their job. Visited this Taco Bell on 7/12/24 at approx 8:47pm. Writing the time and date because I don’t remember the name of the employee at the drive thru window.
The service was impeccable and I’d like her to know that she’s appreciated!
I’ve never reviewed a Taco Bell before, but I was beyond impressed. Very good food, served correctly without mistakes, and very friendly cashier. 5 stars, thank you Miss!
Please avoid this Taco Bell on 95th just off Ashland across the street from McDonald's. I just left them at 12:45 am. My order was wrong and the lady in the drive-thru forgot to give me a straw for my drink. I got home and the 3 tacos supreme were just tacos with meat lettuce and cheese. No tomatoes or sour cream. I also ordered hard shell. They gave me soft shell. The Quesadilla was more cheese than Meet. If it was so late and I have one of my kids with me I would take this mess back and ask for my money back. If I could give them no stars I would.
