2 meals took over 20 minutes to get to us. We ordered dine in. And seen 6 people in drive thru get served. Before us. And then 3 people came in and ordered food and they got their food sat down and ate it before we even seen some of our order getting done. What happen to first in first out. On top of all that I didn’t see the lady here change her gloves once. Handled money. And then straight to handling food. No safe handling food certificates here. Someone from city hall needs to surprise them with a visit

If I could give a zero or negative I would! 15 minutes before close you can only get a hard shell taco! So don’t waste your time driving here if you want something else! The guy at the window was rude af, non accommodating! Took all my change & If your hours are only till 1:30am then it should say that & portray that online, instead of stating that you’re open till 2am & having lazy employees that clean & close up early & not providing service or food!!!!!!!!!!! I would’ve ordered more & spent more money…but couldn’t, because it wasn’t an option! I read this comment & review multiple times from this location from others …corporate needs to fix it or their employees!

No customer service whatsoever. Had a problem with the self ordering so went up to the counter. Waited while they served everyone but me. If I wanted to figure out how to take orders I would apply for a job there.

customer service was extremely terrible especially at night. I went there a half hour before they close and the guy said all he has is hardshell tacos with cheese and lettuce and then he was very rude. When I was asked one question started telling at me you tell me call corporate he said that he closed the grill early.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THESE GUY . WILL AVOID THIS LOCATION AT NIGHT TIME

They keep sauce and napkins behind the counter, and the bathrooms locked. Burrito was smaller than normal

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian version of then menu with a lot of items. Most are just non-vegetarian versions with meat substituted by black beans. If you order with the regular menu you can substitute instead for refried beans if desired.

don't know the difference between a double decker tacos and a double stack. Their employees actually think that they are the same. Managers are not training their people properly. Skip this one take the extra drive to the one near Foster & Harlem.

Tonight at 1:08 AM after a long flight my husband and I stopped at this Taco Bell location. We ordered $22 worth of food including a quesadilla, Crunchwrap, burrito, crunchy taco with a side of sour cream…. We got home and discovered two burritos which you can see in the picture and some potato’s covered in sour cream. Honestly I completely understand food packing errors as I worked in the food industry previously. The reason I decided to post the review was to point out that when my husband called the GENTLEMAN who was using the register under Esmeralda B stated my husband was lying and there’s no way his order was incorrect. All we wanted was to confirm he could refund us as the order we received was no where near the cost that we paid. He asked us to come back the 20 min to replace the order. The idea of being defensive and unprofessional over a Taco Bell order is kinda different for me.
