Came here on new years morning and the drive-through was absolutely packed with the line going out into the street. Lot of undesirable people cutting into the line from the popeyes side and doubling up in their cars. Was in line for far longer then the food was worth but I respect the fact that the food was warm, the employees were friendly considering the circumstances, and were under a lot of pressure. Thanks guys

Review written 12/18/2025. Went there a few weeks ago and the employee made me back up in the drive thru just so the timer didn’t count up time. So basically she wanted to sneak and lie on the timer and act like the order was prepped faster than it actually was. Sketchy and tacky to make me back up.

Also this location is overpriced compared to many other Taco Bell’s. I understand it’s Chicago, but seems a bit greedy

We had placed a mobile order for this location (double checked our receipt) and they claimed they didnt have it, even after I tried to show him my receipt (he wouldnt even look at it). How do you not have an order I clearly have a receipt for? 9/10 times they have my food ready, but this worker was insistent that our food did not exist. I simply said ok and walked away because it likely wasnt the workers fault, but he did seem to lack any empathy or want to even help me (I was on the verge of tears since my day had already been horrendous on top of this).

Oh Taco Bell, how you crushed my hopes. I was having a terrible day, and the app offered something I've never tried before - a 5 layer burrito. Why it's more expensive than the 7 layer burrito, I don't understand, but decided to go for it. Added rice and asked for it grilled. I feel like every bit of the order was incorrect. Burrito...each bite, no rice...no rice...no rice....finally found the rice in the last tiny bit (see photos). Asked for no ice in my drink (as seen on my receipt), but I had a cup full of ice. Funniest part, I did not request sauce, and got this giant pile of assorted sauces. Feeling like sharing my experience makes me a Karen, I'm just super crushed and feel let down. Taco Bell used to be my go-to comfort food, but I think we need to part ways.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, horrible service.
I was going to pick up come food on my way home from work, and I ordered crispy Doritos tacos supreme. And once I payed for it, I drove to where they give me my food. When I arrived to the window, they gave me my food and I checked it, the food was good and packaged well, but when they gave me my drink, I couldn’t reach for it. So I thought the staff would be considerate enough to extend their hand out so it would be easier for me to grab the drink, but no. They wouldn’t even extend their hand out for me, and they even criticized me for spilling the drink while receiving it, I heard they said “oh my god” and they looked at us while we drove away. Absolutely will not be returning.

Absolutely the worst service imaginable. Every single time I’ve ordered from here, they manage to screw it up. As a vegetarian, I find it beyond insulting that they’ve served me beef and chicken. How hard is it to read an order properly? I even went out of my way to ask for a spicy soft potato taco, and who knows what they decided to throw together instead. It’s careless, disrespectful, and shows they don’t value their customers at all. If there were an option for negative stars, they’d get it without a doubt. This place is a complete joke.

Nasty, gross, hair all in my food. Messed up my food like what the helly. Avoid this place like its the sickness, hit up mcdonalds instead. Terrible customer service. They do not clean the equipment like whatsoever. For your own sanity sake and health eat somewhere else for the love of God and all that is holy.

My elderly dad walked in to order lunch and was told by one of the workers that he needed to use the kiosk to order. My dad doesn't know how to use the kiosk to order and let the worker know and she responded by telling him she can't help so he ended up walking out (I'm sure that was embarrassing for him).
I can't understand why she couldn't either take his order herself or show him how to order on the kiosk. Please train your employees better. This is unfair to the older population who aren't used to the kiosks.

After a long day, we stopped by to grab some food. I ordered Cheesy Gordita Crunches with chicken instead of beef. When we got home, we noticed the food was poorly made and barely had any filling. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone named Alex, who apologized and told me to come back for a replacement and a refund, especially since we were also overcharged.

The next day, I returned and explained that I had spoken to Alex the night before. When I got to the window, I spoke with someone named Heidi, who was extremely rude. She refused to give me a refund and told me I’d have to come back in an hour to speak with Alex if I wanted one. I asked why I should have to make a third trip—that didn’t seem fair. Instead of responding, she closed the window and walked away.

Another employee eventually came to the window and was more helpful, but I was shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional Heidi was, especially considering the circumstances.
