How is this in buisness. Come here often, yet the floors have the same 2 month old stain, the doors creek, and people smoke weed, cigars, and all the sorts in this store. Very interesting..

Just like… weird and sad. I asked to get my order fixed twice and they still couldn’t get it right. They were super nice but I didn’t want to ask a third time because the poor employees seemed stressed. There was an employee crying in the back. Meanwhile a homeless man was trying to buy food with cash and they wouldn’t serve him because they don’t take cash. Weird and… sad

My terrible experience at Taco Bell tonight has drastically changed my view of the chain, and I hope the management takes SERIOUS note of these issues.I recently visited the Taco Bell in downtown Chicago at around 1 AM and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite placing a $20 order, I was subjected to a wait of over an hour, alongside a handful of other equally frustrated customers, some of whom were there for an hour and a half. Shockingly, we watched as the staff scrambled to prioritize Uber Eats deliveries, completely neglecting those of us waiting in the restaurant. The neglect for in-person customers in favor of delivery orders was glaring and unacceptable.The situation was chaotic, with no communication or apologies from the staff for the excessive wait times. It's deeply concerning to see such a lack of management and disregard for customer service in a well-known establishment like Taco Bell. I understand late-night operations can be hectic, but the complete mismanagement and failure to deliver my order is inexcusable.Customers deserve respect and timely service, regardless of whether they order in-person or online. Urgent improvements are needed at this location to prevent future customers from facing similar disappointments.Needless to say, I will never visit taco bell again, particularly this location.

It’s 1am, I’m hungry. I make an order at Taco Bell and they mess everything up so badly. My Baja Blast is just green water from the river and none of the food is correct. Im not surprised because they compete with other Taco Bell locations to see who can hire more idiots.

Was so excited to finally try one of these Cantinas out. I had rushed to a show downtown and not had dinner yet. We stopped by to grab a quick bite. Unfortunately even though the restaurant was open we are told after sitting down with our food at 10:30 we could not eat inside. So we stood outside in the cold watching the opened restaurant have customers come through. It showed them closing at midnight so we figured when we had ordered downtown in Chicago we had time to eat there. They should make it clear when ordering it's to go only. Probably many show goers and people stopping by between bars that intend to eat there when ordering.

This Taco Bell should be closed or at least these two female employees on duty tonight should be fired. You walk into the place and there are three people literally camped out on the premises. I place my order from the display at the entrance and decide to pay cash, I get to the cashier to pay and one of the two employees of the year tells me that the only cash register available to them is broken ( I see three registers) I have to redo my order, I go back to the cashier to pick up my order and 50% of the things I ordered are sold out, the whole time the ladies are talking to me in a slang that maybe they only speak in their neighborhood and I think they do just because I am a Caucasian person. If I had not paid with a credit card I would have already left, leaving the order with the two nice ladies. We get home to eat and there are so many ingredients missing. Keeping a place like this open is an offense to clients.

You guys really earned negative stars but they won’t allow me to put it. All I wanted was my money back after waiting 20 minutes for some 2 fries and a tortilla with cheese and 2 taqiutos ( however you spell it). I sat and waited with my girlfriend for this order for 20min and got up after I seen many people get there’s that ordered way after me. When I got up to get a refund because I didn’t see my order being made after waiting so long.You guy said my order was on the line but lied.I said again, “I just want my refund” and you guys refused.Then I watched you guys put my fries in the fryer then start making my food even though you said it was already on the line which it wasn’t.After waiting for my order to be made again after waiting all I wanted was my money back before you guys began the process.This Taco Bell is unprofessional based on my experience here and I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.If you are an out of towner beware. They will NOT give you a refund. This Taco Bell held my money hostage and made me wait longer than I did at any restaurant in Chicago.Chicago was great experience but you guys need to get it together or give me my refund for that terrible experience and long wait for 3 items.$17.61 @ 8:37pm tell the owners to run back the camera.

I watched the guy put the stuff in the bag fold the bag down and then smash everything about two or three times. So the hard shell taco it's just a whole bunch of problems in the sauces for spewing
