Second time getting Taco Bell from here :) 3:50ish pm 11/19/25 DID NOT DISAPPOINT! To whoever keeps this place cleaned up and the food clean & fresh thank you! To who took my order thank you 🙏🏼 I’m not scared to come here to get a warm quick non guilty meal. I went to one where I was disappointed. But here Chips yum and The lux box my fav what a great deal!(btw I add Doritos shell Instead of regular).

I'm not sure if it's this shift specifically, but I just received my order. My burrito is COLD. All the other foods were warm, potatoes still hot but the burrito was cold! We also ordered 2 mango brisks. The drinks were so watered down that there was no flavor anymore. I will typically water it down because it's too sweet, but I practically received water with food coloring. I drank some because I'm not picky but that is not the point here. This is false advertisement. We paid for something we didn't receive

I live around two Taco Bell’s and by far this location in Damen vs the one on Pulaski is the best! They always get my order right whenever I modify my order and they’re always so friendly.

Worst Taco Bell in Chicago hands down. They are a bunch of liars they change the menu combos and etc without telling you and then if you want a refund for FALSE advertising then they want to say no refund. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.They also overcharge for items as well so don't even bother wasting your time.

I ordered food on my mobile app and when I go to the drive-thru to pick up my food I was missing items and when I told the staff they looked at me with a blank stare because not one of them knew English! If you are going to put somebody at the drive-thru window make sure they know English or at least be bilingual

I'm so glad. The back of the yards has a Taco bell.
It's Taco Bell!! This location is pretty efficient and most times, not crowded. U can walk right in, order @ the kiosk, and get ur order in a minute or two. The staff is friendly enough. Food is typical Taco Bell food but it's bout as fresh as it can get. I'm not a fan of the dining area. It's so much space and it feels blah. Wood grains, purples... it's chill but it doesn't give fun.

Walked in and was standing for about 10mnts with the workers ignoring that a customer had walked in, finally I asked one of them is someone going to take my order or do I order in the screen? He only pointed to the screen never said a word! I literally walked out and walked next door to Burger King I was in and out with in 5 mnts of my order Taco Bell was a waste of my time !!! Do better Taco Bell !!!!
