I recently just got 2 veggie Mexican pizzas from this location: 3001 N Broadway, Chicago, IL 60657
This was hands down the WORST food I’ve ever had in my life. First off, I ordered on the app. I went in to pick it up and checked. They put two blobs of dry beans in the middle of the pizza without spreading it. Then I went up and let them know. They added water to the beans they had to thin it out and then spread it. Then the worst thing was when we ate it, it tasted like PETROLEUM. It was by far the WORST taste I’ve ever experienced. Like how badly can you mess up a Mexican pizza? It almost tastes as if they fried the Mexican pizza bases in petroleum. Im so highly disappointed in Taco Bell and their exponentially degrading quality of food. I’m going to be letting everyone know about this. Absolutely unacceptable. If you’re going to have locations that serve food this disgusting and poorly made, please don’t open them up and shut them down. It’s harming peoples health and ruining your name. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and it’s the WORST taste I’ve ever ever had.

Tonight was a bad enough experience that I needed to post a review as the manager, district manager or whoever was sitting up front ruined my experience and forced me to take my food to go in the cold. Let your employees do their jobs.

The food is disgusting and never cooked properly. The employees are in a bad mood and aren’t happy. The sauces are never restocked and the area in general looks gross with leaking sauce packets everywhere. I will never return.

This Taco Bell has had no A/C on the hottest days of the year. As a customer, it’s absolutely unbearable to sit in - let alone as an employee to have to work in these illegal conditions. The workers were visibly exhausted and dehydrated. It was 90 degrees outside and at least 15 degrees hotter in the restaurant. No telling how hot it is over the grill and fryers.
The owner should be ashamed of themselves for not shutting the place down and making sure the required working conditions are met.
