This store installed an AI at the drive through order section. It’s so scary and rushes you through your order. Honestly I know it’s fast food but I miss a worker ordering, this experience was shocking and we didn’t like the robots tone. I’m pro AI but it’s a no from me on this. All the line was so long and the wait was extremely long. Maybe the robot was slow to interpret our order.
Today was my first time ever purchasing any food from Taco Bell dining inside. The food was so delicious and tasty my mouth waters up thinking about the aftertaste. Furthermore the Customer service was terrific.

At 4:27pm there were 5 boys under 15 who were LOUD, RUDE, VULGAR and OBNOXIOUS! Management had ZERO regard for the other patrons with regard to these unruly children. I will NEVER come to this location again and will tell everyone that will listen that this place is HORRIBLE. NEGATIVE 0 out of 10.

The Hispanic ladies here are so nice. They always get the order right too. Had a bit of a wait but seeing the rude customers they deal with, I felt bad for them. Good location overall.
