They missed my fries I came back and then took my sauces, I thought he they fixed it but I assumed wrong. People are no good I guess I will always make sure now thanks for nothing.

Tried to order in person but door is locked despite workers being inside and taking drive-through orders.
This store installed an AI at the drive through order section. It’s so scary and rushes you through your order. Honestly I know it’s fast food but I miss a worker ordering, this experience was shocking and we didn’t like the robots tone. I’m pro AI but it’s a no from me on this. All the line was so long and the wait was extremely long. Maybe the robot was slow to interpret our order.
Today was my first time ever purchasing any food from Taco Bell dining inside. The food was so delicious and tasty my mouth waters up thinking about the aftertaste. Furthermore the Customer service was terrific.
