My recent trip to Taco Bell in Chicago left me feeling underwhelmed, to say the least. While I understand that fast food isn't expected to be gourmet dining, this experience fell short of even basic expectations. Firstly, the service was slow and unorganized. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, it took an unusually long time to place my order and receive my food. The staff seemed disengaged and indifferent to the customer experience. The food quality was disappointing as well. The tacos were soggy, and the fillings lacked flavor. It felt like they had been prepared in a rush without much attention to detail. It's frustrating when a restaurant known for a specific type of cuisine can't deliver on its signature items. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also a concern. Tables were dirty, and the overall atmosphere was far from inviting. It felt like the dining area could use a thorough cleaning and a more attentive staff. I'm giving it 2 stars because the prices were affordable, and my order was at least accurate. However, based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell location in Chicago. There are better fast-food options for Mexican cuisine in the area that offer a more satisfying experience.

$30–50255 w Garfield Blvd - I’m talking about these locations whoever the owner of this location is very unintelligent your employees potentially making you lose thousands of dollars a day one instance, and I seen several really don’t like coming here now I get to the location two minutes after the order is already made. No one is at this location at all so they told me to come inside first time ever that happened so I come inside she made a point to make me wait nine minutes and then asked me sarcastically what was your what was the name again I said the name she gave me the order I looked at the tag. The order was made 10 minutes ago so I immediately contact DoorDash about potentially making DoorDash , whoever to get the orders but the orders already made. I don’t understand why is that they don’t work. You are messing up my arrival time and my delivery time on purpose

It's late but the wait time in drive thru is ridiculous. Over 20 minutes. And the service is rude after. I asked is there anything you don't have, just for them to take my order then tell me they don't have something. Tf.
Taco Bell is always the best and an easy option when one needs to have light and yet fulfilling lunch/ dinner. Since I am a vegeterian, looked for vegeterian options and there were plenty with ofcourse yummy condiments like hot and fire taco sauces.Go Taco Bell GoVegetarian options: Veg options like Fiesta Veg burrito, Nacho Fries, Bean Burrito, Nachos with cheese and many more which you can check with them as per your needs

It's nice. My first time visiting this location. I'm impressed. The lady running the front counter 6/9/2023 about 4pm was great and offered amazing service.
