We called to place an order, and both the workers who answered were extremely rude. They refused to let us place the order, used unprofessional language, and hung up on us. When we asked to speak to a manager, the workers refused and hung up. Take your business to Roosevelt instead! They're much nicer.

This location is always clean. The staff is very nice and patient. I come to this location often and their also quick. Minimum 5-10 mins depending on what u order ofcourse. But love this location.
This location used to be reliable but has been horrible lately. Placed my pickup order on the app from inside the store at 7:12pm because kiosk wouldn't let me check in. Didn't get my order until 7:37pm. My order was like 5 items. There were like 2-3 others inside the store waiting. Store seemed adequately staffed. Just really bad. Not sure what's going on lately.
Also the food was sloppily made and just didn't taste good.

I like Taco Bell but they don’t give enough meat but it’s soy bean meat so I don’t eat it that much you paying for lettuce and 4 strings of cheese but when I ask my family about Taco Bell no one wants it only me I rock with they sales no sales no me now over priced for nothing you can’t see the meat😂just an honest opinion…
The food was great and the cravings boxes I ordered were very neat, this is the best taco bell experience I've had ever.

It would be a zero if possible. Was in line behind two cars, person on the com asks for a minute, no problem. 6 minutes pass, people move up. Can’t leave because someone’s behind me and it’s one lane. 10 minutes pass, say hello multiple times, turn up music, anything for the com— nothing. Eventually creep forward, not a soul around the corner in the line, no one in the dining area. 3 cars behind me though. Hopefully they didn’t wait either.

Great location considering the area! You never know what horrors you’ll find at fast food spots in the hood, but this Taco Bell is doing it right!
Came in for lunch with my family, the whole time the two guys in the back were being loud and cursing and throwing racial slurs around like they were just any other word. Very unprofessional.

Horrible service and the store is trashed. The food is old and the lettuce is just brown. The employees are lazy and stand and just talk to each other not working. They had one working ordering kiosk and refused to take orders at the counter. If you try and complain they claim they don't speak English.

Went through drive through at 10:30 pm earlier today. I had requested no sour cream and of course the tacos came with sour cream, unfortunately my girlfriend was unable to eat them.
Separately, the man that was manning the drive through, I had to remind him to charge me (which I did as a courtesy out of principle). But it was strange as they were so rushed to get me out but they forgot so many details, there were hardly any people in line. Made zero sense.

I ordered vegetarian burrito Mexican pizza and chalupa. All of them came with beef on it and religiously don’t eat it. When we called back to tell them the staff told us they don’t believe us and to bring it in.
