It’s wild that I have to write this but I placed an order for $50 (lol) used the app and checked online to make sure they were open. Instead I was met with 5 patrons / uber eats / grub hub runners and myself outside to a locked door and angry staff glaring at us. I called and was told sorry the app isn’t our problem call someone else we are closed when it says 2am online I tried to call to ask if they need to buzz us in and was met with a very angry employee saying “not my problem I don’t run the app you can figure it out” I’m just trying to pick some snacks up after work. I’m not sure if I’ll get a refund which fine sure having someone scream at me over an order I paid for (and at least 10 others waiting) it’s just disrespectful and rude for literally no reason.

placed an order for my friend to pick up, and apparently they were super rude to her and accused her of trying to steal someone else's order(?!?). they made her feel super unwelcome and like she was doing something wrong just by being there
ive been here before and the vibes were definitely off, but not bad enough to actually look the place up and leave a bad review. the way they treated my friend though is not ok, and now i have a personal vendetta against this taco bell. i will literally drag my ass all the way to my car and go to the drive thru one further up Milwaukee where the lady is always super nice and the food looks and tastes like something they're actually proud of, instead of the zero effort slop served by rude assholes here

The service was awful. We walked in and immediately were yelled at “only tacos” an hour before closing. The two workers were the rudest humans I have ever come into contact with, yelling shit at us the entire time we were there. “You can’t go that way.” “ You can’t get any drinks” I’ve had an awful experience on multiple occasions here. Would not recommend this location
The food is great...when they get your order correct. There has been at least one thing missing for 3 out of the last 4 times I have ordered from this location.

I was at Taco Bell very early in the morning of Saturday, January 4, 2025 and there was a group of gentlemen working. I am writing this review because they were the kindest most hard-working young men that I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I asked them how New Year’s Eve was and I know that they were so busy and they still had such remarkable And poignant things to say about their experience working so late on New Year’s Eve. They expressed it was hard, but they worked through it. I would be remiss to not express their kindness, maturity, and dedication to being such wonderful employees of Taco Bell. Working in fast food is not easy and patient people are hard to find. Tonight is something I will never forget

I'm so sad. I was definitely a TB fan. The last 3 orders were not right. Whether something very simple like not including sauces to completely missing at least 1 item (sometimes multiple) to skipping requested customizations.
