I came with a group of 4 everyone order separately the place is not busy but is very dirty and service is so bad we all got all our orders wrong and when we try to say something they walked away and said can't do anything I order chicken tacos and I got beef I was asking for what I order and I was told I have to specify to do chicken no beef and they show me my check where it says chicken only and still got beef no order was remake or refunded they just took the food

I knew when I walked in tonight and saw it was an all women staff that my order was gonna be lit—and lit it was! Modifications on point, all the sauces, napkins in the bag. Like bless the women at this loco and bless Doritos locos tacos.

Recently the chalupas come with almost no beef. Like next to nothing. Otherwise it’s reliably been good.

ordered two different times, first time they didn’t put my fries or 2 burritos in the bag second time i reordered and they only gave me 1 burrito and cold stale old fries i would not recommend this location and not to mention didn’t give any sauces or napkins in the bag waste of money

It’s wild that I have to write this but I placed an order for $50 (lol) used the app and checked online to make sure they were open. Instead I was met with 5 patrons / uber eats / grub hub runners and myself outside to a locked door and angry staff glaring at us. I called and was told sorry the app isn’t our problem call someone else we are closed when it says 2am online I tried to call to ask if they need to buzz us in and was met with a very angry employee saying “not my problem I don’t run the app you can figure it out” I’m just trying to pick some snacks up after work. I’m not sure if I’ll get a refund which fine sure having someone scream at me over an order I paid for (and at least 10 others waiting) it’s just disrespectful and rude for literally no reason.
