Is it so difficult to re heat some food? Like it’s not hard idk why yall taking so long to make food just put the meat in the shell like it’s not complex and there’s 3 people at night and not one of them has any urgency

On this beautiful sunday 30 March, at 1:09 pm. They have ruined my day I strongly said I wanted a fiesta potato and some chips and cheese. They gave it to me, the second I take a bite of the fiesta potato, RAW, the potato was raw and cold they tried to cover it up because when I opened it it was burning hot. Anyways I tried to ignore it and instead I was gonna eat my chips and cheese and when I take a look at the bag I notice the misery amount of chips, like we are not in a drought of chips. Like just put my chips in the bag bro pls help this Taco Bell, worst lunch of my life and im only 12!!!!!

Need more personal. My order took almost 25 minutes. But the service of one young worker was very helpful and patient with one person who was unable to use the kiosk to order. Bravo !!!
But the restaurant needs more help...

No one gives these people the credit they deserve here. Open late night, serving everyone the nectar of the gods, the essence of ljfe; thine Baja Blast. These people are heroes. Not everyone can stomach this daunting responsibility. The crispier the chalupa the better, and they get that here. They understand. That attention to detail. Gerald, my newest addition to my avian entourage, requires the signature fire sauce to live, and then we come in, they give him bottomless fire sauce on the house. Who does this? Heroes do this.

I ordered my meal and the one of the staff members put my nachos in the bottom of the bag and put all the burritos on top of my nachos everything inside the nachos was smashed in i was very disappointed and not enough meat on tacos and burritos as well I give this Taco Bell location a zero on everything

I used to love this taco bell. Obviously I previously left it a positive review. I had the "pleasure" of meeting a manager named Joey. He was blatantly disrespectful after I told him his employees were ignoring me for 5 mins while I waited patiently. I came in after going through drive thru and having an item missing. They acted as if I completely didn't exist until I asked for the manager. His response was "well they working." Which was quite obvious which is why I had waited PATIENTLY. But like I told him they could have called him or told me hold on, SOMETHING! They keep looking at me and acting like I wasnt even standing there. He was very rude and talked about me to the employees. Then he told me he wasn't going to let me "attack" his workers, when I had said absolutely nothing to them. Oh that he," thought it was taco bell not family dollar" and that he "wasn't a therapist so he couldn't help me with my emotional problems." Then when I got upset after being tired of being disrespected and finally went off, I was wrong? I originally came in with NO anger just wanting my missing item, I saw they were busy. People make mistakes I wasnt mad at that. It was the disrespect. His lack of customer service skills, accountability and condescending racist under tone was very disheartening. He needs to be retrained.
