Genuinely the worst experience if you plan on getting your food in a reasonable time frame.
Everytime I've been here, regardless if I place the order ahead or not, I will be sitting here anywhere from 10-30minutes at any given time.

Really like coming here before I shop @ the nearby Aldi, it typically keeps me from buying too many groceries. (Don't shop hungry, folks!) The touch screens here are typically cleaner than most you come by, the staff has always been friendly towards me and often when I'm setting up my table, (sauces, napkins, etc.,) if they're not busy when I come back with my order they've already cleaned the table. Annoying, but I appreciate how on the ball they are. Portions seem to have been getting a bit skimpier as of late, but food still tasty, hot and fast.

Would’ve given 0 stars if there was an option I had a terrible experience here tonight I was in the drive thru around 11pm the employees forgot that I was even there in drive thru and then one of the employees was very rude to me and was swearing at me I wanted to talk to the manager but couldn’t but I would like to let them know that she must face consequences for this mistreatment

Overall a very stressful experience one of the cashiers at the drive thru made the experience uncomfortable, upon coming up to the window she was very hostile at the time of service and upon asking for questions became more hostile ignoring the questions. I also noticed at the time of being charged she automatically applied the left over change for donation without asking I noticed upon seeing the receipt. Not sure if racism played a card on all this but was rude since the beginning or was she was just having a bad day.

I would really love to give this store 5 stars. When they 1st opened everything was great but as of late...especially their delivery orders. My last 2 chicken cantina bowls have been miserable and skimpy. I always order my bowl exactly the same. Extra lettuce, extra cabbage, extra pico, extra sour cream and extra cheese. I have received no extra toppings on my last 2 cantinas bowls and I pay for the extras. They always seem to forget something...straws, sauce packets...I didn't get any sauce packets this time...complete disappointment 😞

Is it so difficult to re heat some food? Like it’s not hard idk why yall taking so long to make food just put the meat in the shell like it’s not complex and there’s 3 people at night and not one of them has any urgency
