Waited for an hour and 20 minutes and never received my order. When I inquired with the manager she said because I asked it would be another hour. Between wait times and missing order items I am done with Taco Bell.

Only 2 of my 4 items arrived and my cheesy roll-up was completely uncooked, the cheese was not even remotely melted.

This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Ordered and waited for 40 minutes right in front of the pick up area. When I asked they claimed they called my name multiple times which they had absolutely not. Ended up leaving with no food because of the attitude of the staff and just how ridiculously long I was waiting. Don’t really understand what was going on but I recommend avoiding this location.
Worst Taco Bell. For the third time, just received missing and incorrect food. You might as well not do any customization because they won't follow it. This happens every single time. And if you order through the app it's impossible to get a refund, you just get like a $5 credit towards your next order. Unacceptable!

Falsely put my mobile order as ready in the app. Actually had to wait 20 mins after I arrived (30 mins after app said it was ready)
I visited this Taco Bell location around 3 AM, and while I understand this is a late hour, it’s still well within their advertised operating hours. I placed an order totaling around $19 and didn’t have to wait long for it—about three minutes, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience left much to be desired.
When I arrived, there were roughly 20 delivery drivers (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) waiting for their orders. The employee behind the counter began yelling at them, stating she would not fulfill their orders and telling them to cancel. It was unclear whether their systems were down or if something else was happening, but the situation was tense, and the drivers were visibly upset as many had clearly been waiting for a long time.
In the midst of this, I realized my slushie was missing from my order. I kindly asked the same employee about it. She rolled her eyes and asked if I ordered a small. When I clarified that I had ordered a large and told her the flavor, she gave me a small and the wrong flavor entirely. Normally, I would have corrected this, but her attitude and the chaos in the store made me reluctant to push further.
To make matters worse, the location had a strong, unpleasant odor (similar to urine), which is particularly odd given that there’s no public restroom. And when I finally got back to my hotel to eat, I discovered that the protein in my quesadilla was so overcooked it was literally hard as a rock. This is not an exaggeration—I’ve taken photos and will be sharing them with corporate because this is far from the standard I’ve come to expect from Taco Bell.
I’m leaving this review not to overdramatize the experience but in the hope of providing constructive feedback. This location seems to be overwhelmed, especially during busy late-night hours in downtown Chicago. Perhaps increasing staffing levels, improving training (both in customer service and food preparation), and implementing better cleaning policies could help alleviate these issues. Four employees simply don’t seem sufficient during peak hours with high delivery demand.
I hope this feedback helps improve operations at this location.

No one up front, they’re very understaffed. The employee was doing dishes and there was no one to take my order. Couldn’t use the kiosk since I had cash. Ended up just leaving

Absolutely horrible
At 1:45 am Thursday night 12/2 I went in an none of the kisosks were working. I politely asked to order at the register and a male told me no I had to use a kiosk. Well, I ended up getting a lady to help me out that didn’t know English and the whole time I was ordering that same guy kept making side comments like, “damn is she ordering for the whole family” and continued to do this throughout my whole order. Little did he know I was ordering for my family. The lady ended up charging me for all meals for everything I ordered and didn’t even give me cups for drinks. The whole order came out wrong and I didn’t feel comfortable enough to say anything because of the rude worker.

Have never seen a restaurant scream at their customers for waiting for over 45+ minutes for their online order. The employees ended up yelling at the customer to "call and complain to corporate" because there is no way they are getting their order. As someone who had just placed a kiosk order in store, I was hoping that the man was not exaggerating. I ended up leaving the store 30 minutes later with no food in hand. This place needs a serious overhaul of staff and policies

This place is operating in some nightmare alternate reality where the systems of food production have already collapsed and the feral tribes representing what's left of human civilization compete for near canabalist drives to conquer their starvation.
