This specific location always messes up orders, never gives you exactly what you pay for (extra sauces or ingredients are rarely ever included, something is always messed up) and is almost consistently using stale ingredients in their Mexican pizzas aka one of my go tos. While other locations sometimes forget things, I’ve never had a stale, inedible Mexican pizza from other locations and they usually include extras that are paid for.

I visit this Taco Bell all the time because it happens to be right next to my apartment. I can say it is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in the entire downtown area, and I mainly attributed it to a couple of things.1. The manager at this Taco Bell is awful at dealing with her employees, I frequently see issues pop up in the middle of the dining room between the two parties. I've also visited the restaurant where she has been tweaked out of her mind before, and could barely comprehend what was going on around her.2. The food is generally not worth the price, I constantly get tacos with very little beef in them. One of my favorite Taco Bell menu items is the Mexican pizza, but this location constantly has issues making the pizza taste good, it always tastes like one of the ingredients is spoiled and it gives the entire pizza a really awful flavor. It's a 50/50 shot whether you're going to get that or not. I also often order my food with extras added onto it, such as extra beef and never actually get what I'm paying for.3. The atmosphere in this Taco Bell is terrible, several of the employees will curse a lot while they're working, and everyone in the dining room can hear it, which also kind of goes back to management being terrible. Additionally the self kiosks are always broken, and drinks are consistently out of order or have no syrup in them. Wait times can also be really bad, sometimes taking 10 plus minutes to get your food even when it's not that busy.I really do love Taco Bell's food, but enough has to be enough at some point, this particular location needs a massive overhaul from top to bottom in order to get it working right.

Terrible staff what's the point of have warm bodies with stanky attitudes they do not deserve to WORK. Only 1 employee that has been professional and she wears glasses and she is melanated (dark skinned like me) they keep a unprofessional demeanor and yes I come in here to enjoy some quiet time nit to be ignored waiting on my order and you decided to have meaningless conversations deliberately in front of meGet it togetha!!!! Father God does not like ugly ways

this taco bell isn’t the greatest service wise but is definitely not the worst i’ve seen. you probably wont have an employee greet you right when you walk in, since they’re likely occupied with something else. however, within a couple minutes they will be ready to help you.the couple times i’ve been here they have been a bit slower than expected, although when it’s crowded late night on a weekend i can kind of understand that. apparently the kiosks don’t always work because they said twice they didn’t have my order (not a big deal I was able to order at the counter) one lady did seem to have a bit of an attitude with some customers who asked about where their order was. i’d say i waited 15 mins for 3 items on a busy weekend night which wasn’t too horrible but I saw some customers getting annoyed with their orders taking awhile. thankfully, all food items were correct and tasted great! don’t let some of these reviews prevent you from going to this location.

I will never ever go back in this particular taco bell again they are so rude and that old lady was drunk taking my order i told her 3 burrito Supreme's this drunk old lady tries to make my order for me and gives me 3 hard shell tacos ? then I noticed it when i go sit down and i returned back to the counter and i get cussed out cause i wanted the right i ordered then i get a poorly made 3 burritos those were not burrito Supreme's that was some garbage thrown together by some fat ghetto fabulous female worker it was terrible service. It was very sloppy done. I am never coming in there again this old lady was so dam drunk who took my order. I am reporting this to cooperate.

Listen, I’ve been going here for a while. This location very consistently very good. Better than other locations. Don’t look at the rating.And yes, it is slow. But it’s slow late on weekend nights when there’s like 30 orders in a queue. If you go outside of those times, it’s not gonna be that long. Completely worth it
