I ordered a GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO DELUXE CRAVINGS BOX with a Baja Blast Zero and a cheesy potatoes for a side. I received a cold chalupa, 8 chips w/ a cup of cheese, a good handful of avocado salsa/diablo sauce, and a cheesy potato. I was missing the grilled cheese burrito (the name of the meal and main item), a chicken taco (literally the reason for the 4 avocado salsa packets referenced on receipt), and the Baja Blast Zero (just thirsty). My driver returned to follow-up and the workers there refused to make up for the mistake. I had to contact Uber Eats for a refund. Taco Bell...Do better.

No public restrooms?? As soon as I saw that, I didn’t even bother eating there cuz what I really needed was a bathroom. I always buy food from where I pee. No bathroom, no customer. Maybe if I didn’t need to pee I would have actually ate there. Hope your employees at least have a restroom

I could not give a restaurant I've visited more times than any other less than 5 stars. When I saw the 3 star average I had to say something.Sometimes you want a soda fountain and a quick hot meal for less than 10 dollars without nonsense, and this is what you're going to get here. The floors are clean and the staff do their jobs well.If you can't operate a digital menu, well, you're going to have a bad time. Sorry. As for me, I have never had more fun ordering food. 255 w Garfield Blvd - I’m talking about these locations whoever the owner of this location is very unintelligent your employees potentially making you lose thousands of dollars a day one instance, and I seen several really don’t like coming here now I get to the location two minutes after the order is already made. No one is at this location at all so they told me to come inside first time ever that happened so I come inside she made a point to make me wait nine minutes and then asked me sarcastically what was your what was the name again I said the name she gave me the order I looked at the tag. The order was made 10 minutes ago so I immediately contact DoorDash about potentially making DoorDash , whoever to get the orders but the orders already made. I don’t understand why is that they don’t work. You are messing up my arrival time and my delivery time on purpose

Tried to give them another shot since White Castle was wrapped around the building and taco bell had 1 car in the drive thru at 1am on a Friday night. I got a Mexican pizza and 1 hardshell taco. Both were quite possibly prepared by someone experiencing a stroke. For almost $5 for a Mexican pizza and I get one pile of beans and a sprinkle of cheese. No beef, no sauce, barely any cheese. One taco with all the lettuce outside the taco and only filled in the middle. Crazy that you have one of the easiest jobs in the area considering that taco bell is late night and yet no line. Now I understand. You can't seem to hire anyone who cares at all about being professional during the closing shift. How can you take $8 from me for garbage that my cat wouldn't even try to eat.

This is a newer Taco Bell Cantina location, so it is pretty clean and has all the bells and whistles when it comes to DIY ordering kiosks. I like being able to order on a kiosk, so I appreciated that there were plenty of kiosks so I wouldn't have to wait. Service, while not super friendly, was quite fast and my order was accurate. The downside is that they will not give you a cup for water, so if you want a drink, you will have to buy a soda. Don't think about bringing your own water bottle either - the restaurant is covered in signs that prohibit outside food and drinks. This location also blocks off their bathrooms, so you'll need to look elsewhere if you want to use the bathroom or wash your hands before you eat. Since this is a restaurant, it is disappointing that they don't even allow paying customers to use the bathroom.

Paid $50 for food for the family, came home and half the order wasn’t in the bag and they were lying about not having certain items on the menu and didn’t even care for the satisfaction of the food, 100 percent never going back to this
This location puts together orders fast, but we've had some issues with incorrect orders. Two big things that are always a problem though:- the chips taste rancid every time. :(- the items don't get labelled and combos aren't put into separate boxes, so my friends and I can't figure out which items are which.

Worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered 4 taco supremes extra lettuce, 4 hours later and you know the results. Wash your vegetables and clean your work stations! 3 days later and I still can’t look at food.
