placed a order online got there someone else took it then they try to tell me I ordered at a different tacobell after talking and showing my order they remake my order and they don't give me the fries I ordered worse tacobell location save yourself a headache don't come here.

They didn't tell us to use the ordering screen. Order the same time as my coworker he got his they never made mines.. Never gave my the nacho fries I ordered I couldn't sit down and eat my food because my lunch was over by the time I got my food.. I will never step a food there again.. Hire people that actually want to work.. Disappointed..

Anytime I come in just after 8 a.m., when I get off the night shift and want a quick dinner before sleeping, they pretend not to be open. All doors locked and not answering drive-thru. Waited the hour one time cause i wanted my food or a refund, then she had to call someone to translate even though I only placed a mobile order and showed it to her.

I’ve only used the drive-thru, and I mostly order through the app. I have never had an incorrect order. I get my food quickly, and it’s as good as any Taco Bell location. The staff has always been courteous to me.
