The food was amazing Briana was very helpful and nice kind hearted I had a hard time getting my order together and she helped so much I would highly recommend anyone to come here she goes a little to hard for y’all company give her a raise

Recently I decided to try taco bell again after more than one year of refusing to eat at this chain due to some previous unpleasant experiences. We were a group of friends and decided to stop here for a quick lunch. First of all, I would like to note the restaurants cleanliness. The manager really looks after it and I personally saw how he instructed some cleaning staff to go clean after some clients left. The food came quick and it was good. Hot and fresh.

Worst place ever to even try and order. Drive thru lane was backed up. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I decided to get down and order. Nobody eating just empty. Placed my order and again waited another 20 mins. I was determined to get my food and just leave. Worst service ever and not timely at all. All I ordered was a $10 meal.

Not much to say, first time at Long John Silvers and was surprised at how good the fish was at a fast food joint. Fish platter was great, loved the shrimp!

I’ve tried with this Taco Bell so many times. 60% of the time the food is cold. COLD. Not even warm. A lot of the time the order is wrong.

Only Long John Silver's around. I live in Kenosha, but my job has trips to Chicago, so any time I go to Chicago, I go to get chicken planks. Nobody makes them like Long John Silver's!

This LJS is almost an hour from my house but love to visit as a special treat from time to time. Great fried fish, shrimp & chicken platter and I can get a few tacos too. Employees friendly and swift service. Wish it was closer to me. Prices like everywhere else had increased, but worth it to me.

I've been craving Long John Silver's my entire pregnancy and decided to finally make the drive out here (40 minutes from my house). Oh my gosh. It was horrible! The fish was SO greasy and gross. Definitely not up to the standard that I'd expect. It's a limited menu because it's in a Taco Bell, so they didn't have everything I would have liked, but honestly that's probably a plus with how bad the fish was. I wouldn't be surprised if this experienced turned me off of ever going to another Long John Silver's again. It was THAT bad. Ugh.
