Taco Bell / Long John Silver's

Waited in drive thru being the only customer and waited for 20 minutes for my order. I had to blow my horn to get the order. Went inside for a refund and got and attitude from Estella P. (Black taco bell uniform) no apologies not explanation. Don't waste your time going in here. By the way all customers of Latino decent were served right away. When confronted she told me that my wait time wasn't 30 minutes, oh so you knew I was waiting a long time huh? This taco bell has gone to crap, no customer service, just lazy people and management.

So, I went to Long John silver which is also partners with Taco Bell over by the brickyard home Depot. I did a cabinet refacing at my cousin's house and I always stop in at long johns when I am in the area because I love there fish and hush puppies and we don't have them in Humboldt Park area where I live so I grab a 6 pack of fish and some hush puppies for a quick take home dinner for my son and myself. Can't go wrong, delicious food and reasonably priced. Next time you're out that way or by another one of their locations, stop in and try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect service

It used to be my favorite Taco Bell until they got new staff. I had 3 orders where food was burnt, so I stopped going. Today was my first time since about two months.

Horrible attitude from the manager!!! I have come here for over 10 plus years and because I asked for extra sauce I was over charged!! She only gave me 8 more sauce packs for $1 extra. I kindly told her I didn't mind paying but no one has ever charged me extra . There aren't many taco bell restaurants around I can't believe the attitude coming from a MANAGER at that !!! If it's plenty to grab from the lobby when you order inside why am I being charged extra at the window she says because I only have ordered one sandwich. As a MANAGER DO BETTER !!!! I will NOT be returning !!!

Horrible food and service. They are alwaysmad with attitudes. Nothing is cooked they it supposed to be. They piled sour cream all over my chulupa and no meat. Doritos locos taco was soggy.
