I order the number 12, cantina burrito combo. My first bite was horrible. The chicken they put in IT WAS STALE or Over cooked. Never again returning during night shift past midnight. Lazy workers, hire new worker that care!!

Got the 3 soft taco combo and opted for steak instead but each of the tacos only had 2-3 pieces of meat in it, also requested for no vegetables but they added vegetables and i had to pick them out and I was also overcharge. I tried to speak to the employee and they said they couldn't hear me through the window like what do you mean you couldn't hear me and to worsen the situation I ended up trashing the whole thing as the rice was to hard and the whole thing wasn't fresh so it had a bad taste. So 21$ essentially went to waste

Skimped on all toppings, even lettuce which is odd considering there's normally too much lettuce and that's what you get the most of. Sour cream, meat and cheese were on one side of the taco like not evenly spread out. My second taco had a hair in it. Drive-thru operator wasn't that nice but everyone is entitled to a bad day so, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm always super nice to those who handle my food and sometimes it's reciprocated, other times it's not. You never know what someone else is going through though. He really seemed like he didn't want to be there which, no one really WANTS to work fast food but if you choose to then positive customer service is expected and comes with the job. Nowadays though no one seems happy. It's tough out there and the struggle is real with this current economy. 4 tacos were over 13 dollars, it's insane how much inflation has gone up. Used to be able to get a case of 12 tacos for the same price as the 4 I got today. It sucks because I love taco bell and feel so poor that I can't even afford it now.

I didn't even buy food this evening because of the nasty attutides I encountered at the drive through. The woman who was taking my order was impatient and rude, nasty attitude in every word. She also had a problem with answering the two questions I asked her, she sounded irritated. I'm asking her a question about the $7 box and instead of her answering the question, she asks 'so you want the $7 box?'. My response was,'I asked you a question', to that, someone in the background commented 'there's always one'. ? Always one what sir, someone who wants a question answered???? I was so irritated at their responses to me, I just left. I'm not spending my hard earned money at any food establishment that has employees who treat customers like they're expendable.

I bought the $7 lux box. It came with a burrito, beef chalupa,chips and cheese, a double stacked taco and a large drink. I was being a tad greedy but I had to order a supreme doritos locos taco. I got to have it! Everything was delicious, the chips were a little salty but still good. Great value for how much food you get plus a large drink. Will definitely satisfy your hunger.
