I kind of like going straight to the kiosk. The staff was friendly!

From my experience going here a number of times this place seems very unsanitary. I see the staff here picking up bags and other items off the ground and then, without washing their hands and changing gloves, they go about making their food. I would avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

Love this location! Great selection of drinks, always love the food. Really easy to customize it to be vegan foods. Thanks for your service.

it was busy and the workers were definitely short handed so there was a bit of a wait and some miscommunication but the employee Gmail was kind and understanding, he made our visit super warm and comfortable!Vegetarian options: we also ordered a few vegan options and our order was made incorrectly multiple times but in the end we were happy and got a free slushee for the inconvenience

one of the worst customer service experience I have had. I would recommend ordering from anywhere but here.

Thought there would be something extravagant about it because it was a cantina TB but it was much among the regular. No true complaints. Food items were correct and pricing was around average.

Great service. They legitimately seemed to care that my "ready-to-go" order was on the way. However, the app said that for over an hour, and it took a combination of pity and assertiveness to finally get my food. Don't go to this TB location unless you are ready to wait for your average fast food

DO NOT WORK HERE. I worked at this location for a month and a half. The first month was honestly pretty good. The assistant manager Ryan is a very nice person and I had no issues with my fellow coworkers. Then the general manager Latoya came backfr vacation or whatever. I cried almost every day for those remaining two weeks. She doesn’t care about the employees. She cares about HER reputation. I felt like I couldn’t talk to her about my issues I had with her either because of her attitude. One day I was crying in the bathroom and I called my mother cuz I was overwhelmed. SHE USED A KEY AND UNLOCKED THE BATHROOM DOOR WHILE I WAS IN THERE. Like I can’t have a minute to myself so my mom can calm me down while I’m in tears. I eventually had to walk out. Quit on the spot. Because she disrespected me because I didn’t say hello to the owner when he walked in. I was in the middle of taking a woman’s order. I’m not going to cut a customer off to say hi to every person that walks through the door. That’s rude. I tried to tell her that. She cut me off and said I DON’T WANNA HEAR IT. She had the audacity to say I had poor customer service when I’m sure the owner would’ve been fine since I was ATTENDING TO THE CUSTOMERS. I now work at a much better establishment which further made me realize that I deserved better as an employee

I was excited to check out the Taco Bell Cantina, which is the main “pride” of Taco Bell. It was really not too different than a regular Taco Bell in terms of quality or service. The staff was fine, but the food took about 10-12 minutes to come out, which is not what I am used to. My local Taco Bell takes about 5 minutes at peak times. It was slightly busy, but with a location in the West Loop, you would think management could plan for this. The food was good, not any different than a regular Taco Bell, but that’s fine. The beer dispenser was cool - they placed the cup on top and it filled from the bottom; however, $7 for a cup of beer is excessive. The atmosphere was very nice, and the place was kept very clean. I think it’s worth checking out once, but nothing too special.

I walked in at 12:15am and ordered one thing. I didnt get my crunchwrap for 30 minutes. Stood waiting with others for so long. This location has a severe staffing problem

I thought I would give it another try. It is worse and I will never recommend going to this one. Placed my order and it came to $6.08. I gave the "manager" a 10 , a single, and a dime. He looks at me and says, "what's the point?" It took a minute to register, and I told him you give me a 5 and 2 pennies instead of 4 singes and 98 cents in change. Then my order comes and there is only mild sauce. When I ask for hot for fiery, I'm told by the "manager" that's all they have. So now the food is not any better and the attitude is downright belligerent. The guy getting the order apologized. I hope he finds another job because the "manager" is definitely driven to make folks not return.

Terrible, terrible service at this location. They never have exactly what I want when I go. They should put up a sign telling what they don't have instead of telling you after you waited awhile for your order everytime I go there. They deserve no stars at all.
