I’ve came to this location and the employees were so rude and disrespectful yelling and cursing at the customers out of frustration the security guard was 100% rude and disrespectful and it’s not okay how they were treating people I’m an manager myself at an restaurant and this is unacceptable someone who’s over this establishment needs to get involved and fix this place it’s not okay at all and people shouldn’t feel uncomfortable at Taco Bell I’m asking for the team director to call me asap or I will further this issue

Look, in a busy night it did in fact take 40 minutes to get my order, but that meal was literally the best taco bell I've had in my life. Every employee was busting their butt to craft the perfect meal. My nacho fries were hot and crispy, my chalupas meat to veggie ratio was perfect. I could not ask for more. Please give everyone a raise.

Came here to get food late at night. Obviously it’s Taco Bell- I’m not expecting superb service or particularly sanitary food. However, all of the staff were incredibly rude to us.
They made a mistake with one of our orders. That’s okay, but I didn’t anticipate the employee to be blatantly rude to me for attempting to correct my order. While we were sitting I saw a roach approaching us. (We were dining in!!!)
I wouldn’t go here ever again. Regardless of how drunk I am. (That says a lot).

Terrible experience, bad service at this specific location, I walked into an empty kitchen. Patiently waiting for someone to take my order, just until what it seemed to be the manager sitting at the table, tells me to use the kiosk. Once I place in the order, I wait a little longer until the employees decide to start making the order. I watch closely; the woman is munching on food as she gets ready to make the order, puts on the gloves without considering washing her hands, scratches her nose with her pinky with the gloves on and starts to make the order.
Placing the flour tortilla naked on the dirty table, no paper underneath. From where I stood, I could see how dirty the table was and the excess food that was left. Which from my understanding, keeping the kitchen clean should be one main priority, keeping in mind that it was not busy whatsoever.
Needless to say, I asked for my refund. Lazy employees if you ask me. 11/05/2024 at 04:36 pm.

If this Taco Bell has no haters I’m dead. They always forget something in the order. Tonight they straight up served me a Crunchwrap with only rice lettuce and tomatoes in it. I even checked the receipt because it was so bizarre I figured it must’ve been my mistake when ordering. Nope. Just someone that wanted to play with my emotions. Please to whoever works here - find Jesus.

Anytime I've tried to order delivery it takes hours or is cancelled. In person I have walked in and been told the wait is at least 45 minutes because they are understaffed to the point of deterring people from ordering. Hire more people and pay them a fair wage so they actually can manage the amount of orders and care enough to do so.
