The staff at this location is hardworking, hospitable, and so kind and accommodating. Amazing service, food was on point, and I comfortably sat inside to eat my food. It is very clean and the vibes were immaculate. I really appreciate how welcomed and taken care of they made me feel.

Literally one of the worst Taco Bells in the City. The workers don't put enough filling in anything, I basically got a tortilla with about a 2 tablespoon of beans. Workers are rude, and have bad energy. Overall I would avoid this location. I get its fast food so my expectations aren't that high but the quality is horrible I wouldn't waste your money at this location.

Basic courtesy is ignored here. I know it's fast food, but no one will speak to you if you to up to the cashier. Only way to order is online, and that's just screwed up. 6 guys behind the counter.
The server couldn’t look me in the eye as she served me my bag of soft shell tacos. They were so thin you knew they’re conserving meat. That’s ok. I refilled my large soda cup.

First experience. Made a big delivery order and they didnt include any hot sauce packets! Like who wants taco bell with out the taco bell hot sauce?!
Second experience was in person, took my 3 nieces. Place was a mess! I had to clean a table for us. Workers were sitting at the tables doing nothing, when tables should be for customers. I should have left but my nieces really wanted to eat there.
Never going back.

I stopped in here to grab some food during Wicker Park Fest and the workers were working their butts off. During the 20 mins I was in there, one guy came in and stole a bunch of food and another guy came in totally acting weird to the staff. I felt terribly for the workers (who probably barely make minimum wage). Whoever owns this franchise should hire a security guard for this hard working staff.
