I’m honestly really disappointed with this location. I stopped in after 10pm, ordered food, and was told I couldn’t use the restroom — even though I was a paying customer and the store is open until the early morning hours.
I completely understand needing safety policies late at night, but if you’re open and serving customers, basic amenities like restroom access should still be available — especially for people who just purchased food. It doesn’t make sense to deny customers something so fundamental while continuing to operate as usual.
I hope management reconsiders this policy or at least communicates it clearly, because it definitely impacts the overall experience.

Ordered the chalupa combo with a baja blast and wanted a supreme taco instead of the regular taco that comes with the combo. Instead I got two chalupas that werent deep fried so they are soggy gorditas. Didnt get my drink and they gave me a hard and soft taco. The meat tasted suspect so i ended up throwing out all the food....
Everytime I order online here it is an absolute fiasco. Management reading this- please DO BETTER.
Currently waiting for them to remake my order because they gave it to someone else?? I don’t know how one gives away an order without that person confirming the specific name?
Other issues have been mobile order not received, and order not ready despite being indicated as ready in the app and being 20+ minutes after ordering.
