As soon as I walked in they said they were closing soon. It was before 3am and Google shows it was open until 4am. We ordered food and they did not allow us to use the restroom.

Ordered the chalupa combo with a baja blast and wanted a supreme taco instead of the regular taco that comes with the combo. Instead I got two chalupas that werent deep fried so they are soggy gorditas. Didnt get my drink and they gave me a hard and soft taco. The meat tasted suspect so i ended up throwing out all the food....

Currently waiting for them to remake my order because they gave it to someone else?? I don’t know how one gives away an order without that person confirming the specific name?
Other issues have been mobile order not received, and order not ready despite being indicated as ready in the app and being 20+ minutes after ordering.

Was served the wrong burrito that wasn't even wrapped. The both soda machines were broken (one served hot soda and the other only was pumping out some grape flavored drink). The staff was quite and unfriendly.

I would rate it 0 if I could. I went to this location at 12:19 when they closed at 1. I had two workers tell me I was not allowed to order because they’re closed. They were not even closed for 41 minutes. There were only 12 people there. Do not go here. Go somewhere else!

Your staff sucks. First teach them some manners and etiquette. They made me stand for 15 minutes just to get a glass. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. No wonder why everyone think twice to go to taco bell.
the management here has to suck hugely. every time I'm in here the staff are so pissed off, different guys every time. food is standard taco bell food, never had my order wrong. but god damn, how is EVERY guy that works here miserable. management needs a total overhaul.

Despite being described as a “Cantina” they serve no alcohol. Not a cantina in the way you want, and would recommend going elsewhere given the experience they provide.

Ordered for pickup on the app, it was ready when I got there. Had a very tasty Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco. Staff was friendly. Great spot for a Friday afternoon lunch.

I messed up my order and had it sent to another location. Literally no hesitation they made my order!!! Can't say how awesome it is to be taken care of lime that with out anxiety.
