employees are very kind, made a situation right , went to a different taco bell before this got completely disrespected by staff, so i came to this one and the employees were so kind food is good thank you!!!

food was honestly the most perfect taco bell i’ve ever had in terms of serving size. i’ve never seen burritos and tacos so stuffed before, and they had the perfect amount of sauce on them. i do not like how absolutely packed this place gets, i am so serious when i say there was 30 people in the lobby and waiting outside. but despite this what i am shocked about is that we arrived, placed 2 mobile orders and the food was ready 3 minutes later which is awesome. fastest taco bell i’ve ever been to. the workers are very…. not there in the head and seem like they should not be working their jobs though. very clearly under the influence and just not paying attention to me when i was trying to pick up my order.

Wow. I am so surprised by the blatant racism my friends I experienced. I understand that expediency and efficiency is of a different caliber for fast food. I get it, it’s Taco Bell so different standards, right? Racism has no place here. Common decency and courtesy still holds. The woman calling out orders and names was incredibly rude specifically to my group of friends. The other people over the course of 90-minutes were serviced as expected while us, the sole Asian group, were singled out and treated so bizarrely. Waiting for 4 tacos, 1 quesadilla, 1 nacho, and 1 drink should never take an hour. Particularly strange was that we watched two cantinas full of people had been served and left while we continued to wait. The woman would not even answer whether or not they received our order.

I go to a lot of Taco Bell’s……. And this one has fantastic customer service!! They deal with a lot with the late night crowd, but I’ve had wonderful experiences the 30+ times I’ve been :) plus they always make my food correctly and tastes great.

Nice staff and my order was more right than any other taco bell I have visited near downtown. Restaurant is very clean and relaxing.
My only complaint is the cantina chicken burrito had all the toppings at one end and all the meat at the bottom. And the Cinnabon delights were pretty smoothed from bag loading placement.
We're gonna come back for dine in soon. It was really pleasant and the employees made me feel very welcome and looked after. :)
