There was a Big hunk of plastic in my taco the last time i went. Meats and veggies never taste fresh and I felt a bit queasy afterwards. Absolutely disgraceful especially considering the high quality and consistency of the OTHER downtown Taco Bell locations in the loop. Y'ALL NEED TO GET IT

Clean restaurant, fast service, good workers. Best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time— but it is NOT a Taco Bell Cantina. They couldn’t serve alcohol because none of the employees are 21. Please just put a sign on the door letting people know, because we would’ve kept walking, as we expected alcohol service walking in to a Taco Bell Cantina.

I don’t understand the harsh ratings in this place. From my experience these workers are the most nicest and efficient Taco Bell in the Chicago area. The pricing is cheaper than most Taco Bell’s around here. The food is always amazing when I order it. I have never had one bad experience with this place. It’s clean, fast, and respectful. Overall, a good place to order from.

Insanely expensive compared to other locations. There’s no reason a Crunchwrap should be $9.37. They barely put any nacho fries in my Crunchwrap special. Go to another location. Service is kind of mid, too. Food tastes good, though.

Automatically don't like them, at all! I spent my money and ate my food quietly and peacefully. She looked right in my face after I asked for the code to the bathroom and said, "The bathroom is not open to the public!" Htf not, when one door says men and the other says women, and both of them have vacancy signs one them!?
I come here frequently for lunch and the staff are always helpful. I order on the mobile app and even during busy times they’ve been responsive and helpful. I think this location deserves better reviews than the average shown on Google maps.

Workers were racist to us after they hear us converse in Spanish . They ignored our request to to pick up our order, were super mean and condescending. manager was on her phone on instagram the whole time.

Ordered through Uber eats and the food was laughable in quality. The chicken cantina tacos had two tiny pieces of chicken on each taco. Sent a photo and they said I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I get it’s Taco Bell but the quality was terrible.

This place operates like a damn circus. If there’s any kind of line of people AT ALL the place becomes complete chaos, and they lose track of orders, so you’ll be waiting 45 minutes for your “fast food”. Please get better mgmt
