They are absolutely abysmal at managing crowds and maximizing efficiency. No hate to the workers, they work very hard and have to deal with a lot of difficult customers. However, they need to figure out a way to be more efficient. Whether there is or isn’t a crowd it takes about 45-60 minutes to get my food. Again, the workers do the best they can but I think management should find a better way to get things out on time and handle larger crowds.

I'm only writing this because it's a continued problem, but this is the 6th time in a row they have not gotten my order right. Unfortunately, this is the closest Taco Bell and I keep coming, but this has to be one of the worst fast food places I've been to in terms of order accuracy.

I ordered over $50 worth of food last night, went to pick it up after they said it was ready, and they gave my whole order to somebody else, and when I asked why, they said,"They said your name?" No apology, nothing!? Told me to come back in 10 minutes because they had to make the whole order again, and they gave me THE WORST food I've ever gotten from ANY taco bell!? Tacos had barely anything inside, the crunchwraps were just beans and cheese, and everything else I ordered was trash!? I manage a place down the street, and bought my staff food as a kind gesture, and you ruined it for everybody. Your staff is rude and incompetent, and we will NEVER get food from this establishment EVER AGAIN!!

Only writing this because i got a taco supreme and the taco had beef, sour cream and nothing else. There was one other person in the place and at least 5 employees so they werent busy. I ordered from the kiosk so it wasnt because i was rude. Go to velvet taco its across the street and 10x better and not much more expensive.

I turned away from other customers to count my money for my order and a big ugly monster looking employee walk from behind the counter and stood over my shoulder like I was going to steal a taco packageIf you are black don't go and the crazy part about it the employees are all black

Was there on a busy night and had two orders. The staff lost my first order, the larger order and told me to contact the Taco Bell via the app for a refund. They told me there was nothing they could do in store. I understand they were backed up and didn’t have time to replace my order I don’t hold it against them, I understand mistakes happen. I thought nothing of it and it reported it to Taco Bell… zero response zero refund. I reported it two more times and still no response or refund. What do I have to do to get a response 0 stars to Taco Bell’s corporate customer service.

I love Taco Bell, especially this location. I think it might be a bit pricer than other locations, but it is in a prime location and is so nice on the inside!The place and super clean and nice to sit in. I've never had a problem with online orders which is great and everything has always been ready on time. They also always have everything in stock. The staff are nice and friendly here too.
