ok spot used to come here often. the bathrooms stopped being for customers and became only for employees, today sunday i stopped by at 620pm bht the doors were locked. they clearly dont want customers anymore. smh

For some reason they really hate adding meat to the food here. I ordered a Cravings box and the crunchwrap barely had any meat and was mostly just lettuce. If you go here, don't expect much meat to be in whatever item you order off the menu.

I ordered a gordita crunch from this location and they folded the paper into the taco. They also left off ingredients like spicy ranch and look how it’s so bare. Someone made this with zero care and hates their job. Just quit

The employees don't know how to provide hospitality equally. I went to pick up food for as a courier and I also bought food as a customer and the employees were slightly rude to me as a courier but when they found out I was also a paying customer then they changed their tune.
I'm also a shareholder in Yum stock which owns Taco Bell.

The employee girl that work Friday night doesn't know how to provide genuine hospitality and service with a genuine smile. She doesn't treat the food delivery courier service the same as the customer's. She's rude and arrogant.

The workers here were extremely rude. When we went to order food at the counter, they told us in Spanish to use the tablets because they didn’t speak English. We tried ordering on the tablet but couldn’t make the adjustment needed for my allergy. When I spoke to them in Spanish, they suddenly replied in perfect English. This was a very frustrating and disrespectful experience, and I left feeling that the staff was unhelpful and rude.

if i could give no stars i would. the workers said that the breakfast salsa is only for breakfast. there has never been a single taco bell that has denied me having their breakfast salsa.
