This taco joint in Humboldt Park is one of the best around. The food is consistently delicious, the meat is high-quality, and every order comes with homemade chips and salsa that taste fresh and authentic. While the prices are a little higher than some other places, you absolutely get what you pay for, the quality is worth the little extra coin.
The owner and his crew are always cracking jokes and having a great time behind the counter. Their energy makes you feel welcome and keeps you coming back. This has officially become my new go-to spot for tacos and authentic Mexican food.
I have a lot of family from Jalisco, Mexico, and I’ve brought them here. They say the same thing….the food tastes like home. Viva México, viva Jalisco!
