Best tacos in the neighborhood hands down. The people that work there are really great as well.

Family-owned spot with great eats and impeccable service. The prices are reasonable and it's definitely my new favorite taco place in the neighborhood

The food is delicious, the service is good. After eating here once, I preordered takeout for 60-70 people. All the food was ready, hot, and packed up by our agreed upon pick up time, and the employees helped me load it in my car.

I love this place. The family that owns it is very kind, and their food is cheap and delicious. I come here too often!!

This place is a real hidden gem. Their homemade salsas absolutely stole the show, as the roasted Salsa Marron was spicy, smokey, and bursting with flavor, while the Verde was top notch being both tart and flavorful.

Tacos were great with a wide variety of very traditional options such as cabeza and lengua, and their namesake Taco Firme which features pineapple and pork was a fun spin that reminded me a bit of Hawaiian cuisine. The rice and beans were also perfect-- creamy, delicious and bursting with flavor and neither under or overcooked which a lot of Mexican spots somehow seem to not be able to get just right.

Service was also great as the girl waiting on us was very friendly and attentive. This is one of the best taco spots in Chicago and a great option for a quick dine-in or takeout!

I can’t imagine this place will survive much longer. Subpar. Got GI distress 2 hours later, called to tell them and person answering phone was indifferent. Many superior choices nearby. I’ve told several people in the neighborhood about my experience, and their responses can be summarized as “Oh yeah - terrible.”

I love this place!! We got tacos the other night and I’ve been back TWICE now in less than a week, once for more tacos and just now for a torta. The pastor, asada, and chorizo are all super delicious and the fish tacos are so good I could cry. We never waited for long and the prices are fantastic. I’ll be back for sure :)

It was alright. Taco dinner and one large drink I paid about $20.
