Service itself was okay not terrible but it was definitely dead inside. The food itself was horrendous. Dry and unseasoned chicken. Bland rice and the beans weren’t refried properly. The horchata also tastes watered down. 10/10 do NOT recommend

The food is wonderful. This has become a go-to spot for us in the area. Service is wonderful and whether you order in person or online via an app and are picking up, you get unmatched customer service. The tacos are filled to the brim! You will be so full by the time you are finished eating!!!

After a hard day this was a saving grace. The super burrito with chorizo was super yum. The chips are those perfect greasy flakey kind that all chips should aspire to be. This is the GOAT for my burrito craving and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely dinner and giving me just what I needed.
Stuck waiting for the North Ave. bus, walked over and asked for a menu. The gentleman was so kind, once I knew I had 15 minutes, ordered steak tacos to go. Did not eat tacos until several hours later…they were Awesome! I asked for slightly crispy shells, thus they will reheat well, they were delicious! A good portion of meat, lean and tender. Service was excellent for a carry out order.For you women, their bathroom was exceptionally clean! Hope you all support this small business it deserves it!

However, the food was horrible. ????♀️ We ordered a chicken and a steak tostada... both horrible, especially the chicken because the meat was TASTELESS AND WAS HARD AS LITTLE PEBBLES. Also ordered a steak torta which wasn't good. And how can beans and rice be messed up?! ?

This is my first time visiting Taco Palate, and the meal was tasty. The presentation was good; it was also warm; it was not over-seasoned or too salty as well. I took a picture of the green sauce because it was so good. It's spicy, but you can eat it with ease. As a driver going through the city, I often stop at local restaurants just to explore their meals, and this one would be a nine out of 10 for me. Great food, affordable and worth the money.

Parking: There is street parking on both sides of West North Ave, making it easy to find a spot. The traffic in the area is not too intense, so getting there should be a breeze.
