Food is great, environment is really nice, but you guys need to have workers that can speak Spanish; this is a Hispanic fast food restaurant, not English Hispanic fast food restaurant! Also the works are incredibly rude, especially the woman who takes my call. She tries to act like she’s not there, even though she clearly did. Tried to leave me on hold by putting the phone near the kitchen whatever.

My honest opinion and this might be long. Today, I ordered 3 steak tacos and 3 pork tacos. I'm a taco fanatic, and this was my first time ordering from here. I ordered for takeout. It took about 8 mins for my order. There were 2 people ahead of me, and they had photographers doing promotion. I received 2 green salsa and 2 red salsas. Some of these yacos could have used a bit more cebolla and cilantro. The lemon on the asada tacos was dry, so I had to cut my own. Pork was decent. Compared to other locations, it doesn't meet the standards. It's missing the pineapple flavor and the pork juicy taste. The steak was good, solid taste, juicy, and had a small taste of carne molida. It was chopped up as if it was. I went on taco Tuesday, so I bought 6 tacos for $16.67.It's 2 tacos/$5. Salsas were unevenly poured, and the green was good. The red was watery and mid. The service was great. They had reggaeton playing in the background. To be frank, I'd only come back for taco Tuesday. In conclusion, steak tacos were better

Called about the 2/20 dinner! The lady that I spoke with over the phone had the worst attitude and wasn’t very knowledgeable about specials and offers! Worst service! They need to be more diverse and hire people with better attitudes and those who will be more knowledgeable!!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Chipotle is better. Chicken was dry and the burrito was very bland. The nachos didn’t come with enough chips and their “elote” is just canned corn mixed with crème they didn’t even char it the whole cup was fill with liquid at the bottom
Every time I call the lady at the register is giving attitude and is rude when taking my orders. Never asks for my name or phone number for pick up and the food is poor quality. I ordered cheese fries and got fries with a splash of cheese on top. Don’t order from here
