Cool looking spot for Mexican American food, the atmosphere is vibrant with good music. Come if your looking for quick service. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND FRIENDLY, THE MENU WAS EASY TO READ. that being said the food was mid. I had rice and beans but didn't like that it came with raw onion and cilantro on top as it does not say on the menu or was told, also I've never had Mexican rice with raw onion on top. The ribeye burrito with fries, beans, and cheese was 70% fries 20% meat 10% cheese and beans, the ribeye was lacking flavor. If you want a french fry burrito this is lovely. What I did enjoy was the elote and all 3 agua frescas were soooo good! (I recommend the sandia). If I came back for anything it would be that! The downside is that they let people come off the street to sell you things so I really don't want to come off a jerk as I'm eating my meal but not buying flowers off this kid who's telling me the money is for food. not very professional but to each is their own.

These are some of the best tacos I've had ever. I lived in Southern California and visited Mexico often and this feels like a food journey to Mexico. Service is great, music is good but the tacos are the star. Try the Birria and Baja fish. You will not be disappointed

Ended up here while we were on a wait list for another place across the street. We were shocked at how amazing their chips were. Guac was good too! Loved the overall atmosphere that felt authentic. I just wish the chairs were more comfortable.

Horrible experience. Spent 2 hours here and were still short 5 tacos before we decided to leave. A large party auto gratuity of 20% was attached even though no service was provided, save for the (very late) tacos being brought to our table. They were also disorganized and sloppily put together.
Went for Taco Tuesday, which is supposed to be BOGO, but they only discount the cheapest tacos. This means that if you get 2 cheaper and 2 more expensive tacos, the 2 cheapest tacos are expensed. Make it make sense.
The auto gratuity was also marked to the subtotal before applying the promotion, creating an effective tip rate of 50%. For (generously) mediocre service. The waiter said it happens often - if this is the case, why hasn't it been fixed yet? Is it so they can prey and profit on those who overlook this issue? When asked to fix it, they said it would take even more time. We bit the bullet and left at 9:30 for a 7:45 reservation.
The (very late) tacos were great but it doesn't make up for this appalling experience. So bad that it inspired me to write my first Google review. Never coming back again.
